Today's learning was quite insightful, focusing on the concepts of action, impression, tendency, and thought patterns.

Firstly, delving into the concept of action, I learned about the importance of taking intentional and purposeful actions towards my goals. Whether it's in my personal or professional life, I now understand that every action I take has consequences and can either bring me closer to or further away from my desired outcomes.

Secondly, exploring the idea of impression, I gained an understanding of how the way I present myself and communicate with others can significantly impact the impressions they form of me. This underscores the importance of being mindful of my words, actions, and demeanor to ensure I leave a positive and lasting impression on those around me.

Moving on to tendency, I learned about the inherent inclinations and patterns of behavior that influence the decisions I make on a daily basis. * हमे अपने को पहचानने की जरूरत है की हम क्या है? हम स्वयं में पूर्ण है, सनातन है, शास्वत है । अहम ब्रमहास्मि , शिवो अहम। हम जो सोचते है वो बन जाते है क्यू की वो हमारे अंदर होता है और जब सोचते है तब हम उसे अपने अंदर से बाहर निकालने का प्रयत्न करते है जिसके फलस्वरूप हम वैसे होने लगते है। वो हमारे अंदर होता है क्यू की हम एक आत्मा है और आत्मा परमात्मा का अंश होता है और परमात्मा पूर्ण है तो उसका अंश होने के नाते हममें भी वो पूर्णता होती है पर हम उसे पहचान नहीं पाते है । जैसे सम्पूर्ण सूर्य में आग और प्रकाश है , वही आग और प्रकाश उसके एक कण में भी होती है जो हमारे पास तक आती है ।
* हमे यह भी सीखना है की हम अपने कार्यों को एन केन प्रकारेण से न कर के एक सूत्र / फॉर्मूला ( geometrical alignment ) के आधार पर करें जिससे की हम जब भी इस काम को करें हर बार वो उसी प्रकार से हो, न की हार बार अलग अलग । जैसे अगर चाय बनाते समय हम चाय चीनी अदरक आदि अंदाज से डालते है तो हर बार चाय का स्वाद same होगा ये जरूरी नहीं लेकिन अगर सारी चीजें एक नाप या तौल में डाली जाए तो स्वाद हर बार एक ही होगा । और हमे इस बात की चिंता नहीं होगी की चाय कैसी बनेगी । हम आंख मूंद कर वो कार्य कर सकते है । हमे पहले से पता होगा की इसे कैसा करेंगे तो परिणाम कैसा होगा।
इस प्रकार से कार्य करने पर हमे भी आसानी होगी और दूसरो को बताने / सिखाने में भी आसानी होगी।
* हमे अपनी सोच संकुचित न रख कर सार्वभौमिक रखनी चाहिए स्वयं के लिए नही अपितु सब के भले, सब के हितों के बारे में सोचना चाहिए सब में हम भी समाहित होते है। इसलिए सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वेसंतु निरामयः की भावना से कार्य करने से हमारा कल्याण स्वयं ही होगा ।
