Shredded Neat provide a fantastic service. Their process is very straightforward and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing such services.

First time using Shredded Neat and this was the easiest, most helpful process I have encountered in many a long year. The charges were unbelievably reasonable, far less than I expected and they also returned my boxes without extra charge.
Sadly for me this was a one off experience clearing paperwork on retiring from business otherwise I would happily use them again.
First class business!

Shredded Neat's service is excellent. A failure by Royal Mail to collect the parcel (not Shredded Neat's fault) was dealt with most efficiently. After that it was plain sailing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shredded Neat in future.

Excellent service from a very reasonably priced and friendly team. I dropped my old documents off at Shredded Neat in Ditchling & received a certificate of Destruction within the day. So pleased I found this company on line. I had an old laptop which would not open so I could not wipe all my data off before recycling. But I removed the hard drive and had it shredded by Shredded Neat. Quick service and not too expensive either. Would recommend.

Great service and very reasonable. Emma was very helpful over the phone and in emails, explaining how to order confidential waste sacks and organise collection or drop-off. Will definitely use them again.

It has not taken me long to compliment Shredded Neat from the very outset of finding the company online - luckily I did , as I used a different company previously whose unfortunate , aggressive sales ethic deterred me from
using it again.
With Shredded Neat , the while process was pleasant and efficient: exchanging email info, placing an order, having shredding sacks delivered by post then a residential collection by polite and efficient driver 'Ed' today (28/5/26) who arrived within the given time scale for collection and provided more recycle-able sacks with closure ties for next time.
It has been a seamless transaction and my grateful thanks also to Emma at the Kent office. Such professionalism and customer focus is exactly what customers want and Shredded Neat is a fine example of that . My congrats and appreciation to you all.

I contacted shredded neat via phone and spoke to Emma who was very helpful and said she would email me with options, which she did.
We decided to go direct to have our papers shredded and Emma met me on arrival and the paperwork were shredded whilst I was there.

I've used Shredded Neat several times. Usually visiting them in their depot. in Ditching. On this one occasion I arranged with Nick for our confidential shredding to be collected from our home. I'm extremely happy with the service. The people I've come into contact with are always friendly & approachable. It's one less thing to worry about & peace mind that our confidential paperwork is shredded safely. I would have no hesitation in using Shredded Neat again & I highly recommend them.
