Unfortunately it was a very bad experience, they're charging me 20% extra for all what i pay for ads campaign without mentioning that earlier and I stopped the campaign and removed my card from the website and they still deducting from my card i had to cancel the card ... they're not honest

Team is very reactive & helpful. The tool is helping a lot with search ads, as it is simple & easy to understand. I'm not using Social media's for the moment. Highly recommended.

They stole from me. Beware! Now that Instaon is Shown, it is terrible. Today I recieved a charge to my bank account for around $32 EUROS, but NO INVOICE was sent, and on my account there is nothing justifing this debit. I HAVE A FREE ACCOUNT, and no charges are promised by SHOWN but this is a LIE. I have not used this account for over a year and have no idea why these charges are being made. THE WORST PART... I tried to remove my form of payment on my SHOWN account and I was debited another $10 EUROS, and NO CHANGE WAS made and my paymente details remained the same. Had to cancel my card because of these shady bussiness practices, and since there is no way to remove my payment details from the account. BUYER BEWARE

Update: they continued to rob me even after they claim to have canceled my account and eliminated my card details. I was charged another $20 Euros today, and still no response from the company. They are a SCAM

In response to the comment, there is still $10 euros in “credit” that never returned to my bank account, and I had to cancel my card because even though some charges were returned, every day at 1 am my time a new charge was made, and it was slowly draining my bank account.

Why were automatic charges being made every day if I no longer had account with you? Is this good business practices?

I am currently out of my own country and these charges that’s never stopped even after asking to cancel my account affected me greatly and I no longer have any way to get money from my bank account while abroad. Thanks a lot Shown!

Excellent ! I used Instaon to acquire new clients with paid advertising campaigns. It's so much easier than having to make 3 differents ad accounts on Google, Facebook, etc

This tool is extremely easy to use, I managed to setup a facebook & google campaign in a few minutes. I checked a week later and noticed my google campaign had thousands of relevant keywords.

No demo call, plan says dedicated account manager - no idea who that is or how to contact them... booked a demo call, never called...sent email, then never replied to my response. Seems very very limited platform and not sure what part of it is AI as its optimisations are clearly keyword suggestions pulled from adwords anyway. FB campaigns don't even seem to get reviewed and run - even though same adverts run fine inside of FB when done NOT through here.
Changed adwords over here to try and improve them, cost per click went through the roof and conversion rates fell from 6% to 0%!!!! So i think the artificial intelligence is exactly that, artificial and non-existent. Seems to be no patented tech for this company either, so not sure they even have any to be fair.
Seems more of a scam to me than anything useful to be honest. If you want to get the best from your campaigns, watch some free videos and do it yourself as really this platform is absolutely the worst and when head of customer success doesn't reply to his own emails, you know there is an issue!

As a health company manager we were having problems with google ads. Thanks to instaon and its help center they solved the problems. Now our ad is online and started getting some leads.

very good with the google ads but what seem not to be woking is the bing. customer service is excellent

I created 3 campaigns, one for Google, Facebook and Bing. I had some problems publishing the one for Google Ads but the customer support team helped me and was very friendly. The two other campaigns were smooth and easy to setup.

If you are a real "beginner" for ppc, this software is good for you because it is super easy to use, but main problem is their "artificial intelligence" is not working much.

Using Instaon, you simply create ppc campaigns with deciding which country you target, a few selection about target audience and daily budget for Instagram and Facebook platforms. After that if you check your campaigns from business manager you can see there is nothing about any optimization made by them.

I mean if I want to create such a weak campaigns like this, it is also pretty easy to create from business manager directly. Why I am paying money? You cannot reach a low acos with their campaigns... (at least for cheapest paid plan, and other plans are very expensive)

I granted access to my Google Ad accounts, and they created some campaigns.
After that I saw my spent money amount raised up, but it was on another account, not the one I granted. Now I am analyzing to buy the Pro Plan to give it a try.
