Well packaged pumps came quickly.
So easy to install and plug into a nearby 13 amp socket. Tank header height is only about a metre so needs a boost. This will be the third time I have installed the shower power boosters .
A plumber refitting the en-suite shower had never come across them before so was very interested especially when I explained the other uses such as a hot tap with poor flow or even a radiator with a similar problem

Having previously had an Aqualisa shower pump that sadly came to the end of its life, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the SP22s (Two Pumps to Double Boost Hot AND Cold) that I installed as a replacement performed much better than I expected. So thank you, Alan Wright. I am impressed with your invention.

I recently renovated my very ancient gravity fed Central Heating system. The system includes two radiators, on a loop, which heat up very slowly and never get as hot as all the other radiators. Balancing the system had no effect on this loop so I decided to try a V1 radiator flow booster pump.

I had very low expectations for this tiny pump, but the results exceeded expectations by a long way. The radiators now heat up very quickly and get very hot. Actually they now get too hot so I fitted a temperature control to switch off the booster pump when the return pipe reached a high enough temperature. As the pump is 12volt this was a simple DIY job using a cheap temperature controller like the XH-W3001 12volt temperature controller

The plumbing was fairly straightforward but I had to do some additional plumbing to prevent the boosted flow pushing against the un-boosted flow from an adjacent single radiator loop. I just include the adjacent radiator into the boosted loop.

The pump makes a buzzing noise which is not very loud but it is transmitted through the pipework and can be heard throughout the house. I expect to be able to reduce or eliminate this by additional clamping and damping on the pipe.

I am very pleased with the results and my next job is to boost my shower with a SP1 shower power booster

I really like the compact nature of this shower booster as it fitted neatly in the space around the bath. It most definitely improved the pressure of the water flow from a miserable trickle to an enjoyable shower. I bought the double pack to improve both cold and hot water flow, and would recommend anyone else whose cold and hot come from a loft tank to boost both. I tried boosting just the hot first, but I found shower to be too hot as the pressure of the cold was insufficient to maintain a comfortable temperature.

I have used their products twice now and the customers have been very happy with the results. Both pumps are quiet and create great pressure plus easy to install. The person i spoke to asking advise was very helpful with giving the right product for each job. would definitely use again.

Brilliant little devices, my shower now works, it’s the best shower I’ve had, would have given it 5 stars but even though they are in the loft, with the pipes sat on an insulating pad, my lad can still hear the pumps working in his bedroom. Still, I can use my shower now and I love it!

This is my second purchase with shower power boost. Easy to install, does a great job, uses little power and is relatively quiet.

The shower power booster was needed to booster a shower head that was fitted and so far the shower booster has been excellent I would highly recommended this shower power booster products like other reviews have stated in there reviews and I will buy again if I come across the same problem.

Low water pressure from the main supply on an electric shower so it keeps cutting out. Fitted one pump as no room for two but it made a big improvement and we are very happy with the results.

Equipment and service were excellent.
My use was to boost the house hotwater supply, and is located in the airing cupboard, next to the bedroom.
It is a little noisy when running, a silent version would be perfect.

Great device easily installed and quiet when operating.

The power pack turned up promptly, carefully packed and in good order. It was installed and working within a few minutes of unpacking it.
