I didn’t buy this for beauty reasons at all. My shower pressure was terrible and I was desperate. The wild part is that yes the pressure improved but my skin also stopped feeling chalky afterward. I didn’t see that coming at all.

Shower Envy customer service won't answer calls, or call back when you leave a number. I have been trying to contact them for three weeks and they NEVER call back. Do not trust this company.

Buyer beware. Their claims of a 30 day refundvarw completely bogus. First, they will offer you a 20 percent refund, then 40 percent and then if you still decline, they will tell you to send it back but are keeping 20 percent. There is also alot of click bait on the website. Any time you do business like this, your product probably isn't worth it.

I’ve tried several showerheads in the past, but this one really stands out. The water pressure is stronger without being harsh, and the mineral filter has noticeably softened the water — my hair and skin have never felt better. I had a question about a part during installation, so I contacted customer service. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond, even following up to make sure everything worked correctly. Excellent product paired with excellent service — highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
The shower head worked well from mid March, 2025 until mid September, 2025 (about 6 months). I felt with their customer service site and now feel that they hire people unable to read English. The part that controls the ability to change from rain to stream to massage stopped working. There are parts missing. I wrote to their customer service site asking for replacement parts, a replacement shower head or my wife's money back. There is no street address on their website and the phone number connects to a chatbot.

Sent a shower head, but tried to spam me a bunch of services during checkout. I tried to cancel, but they still sent the shower head and charged me... whatever.
Now - a month or two later - they are charging my account without permission and it doesn't show up in membership tab of my payment provider.
Long story short - they charged my bank without my permission and would not refund after several emails. I had to revoke the transaction through my payment provider - CROOKS!

Company are thieves. Unauthorized charges to my bank. I had to close my acct and contact the FTC and file a report on their business practices. Buyer beware these complaints are all over the internet. Check it out. Good luck

Warning! Fraud! They are making the return very difficult, offer partial refunds and also helped themselves to an ADDITIONAL $47 from my bank account AFTER I have requested a return.. now having to have my bank dispute the new charge! What the heck!!!!!!

For starters, I asked for a refund because my skin broke out after using the shower for a week no response after they said they would refund me and I sent a picture of myself
Then to check my credit card statement after paying in full, they charged me a VIP membership at $59 a month. I didn’t get to see it right away on my business credit card. The accountant noticed it I called and they said that I asked for a VIP membership, they don’t tell you that they have it already checked off as a VIP membership even when it says it is free so be very weary and watch for that checked off box for a membership very sneaky and so disgusting that they would do that I wish I had seen it earlier

They keep charging me for repeat orders I did not authorize. Scamming me.

I ordered a shower replacement head that contains beads to soften the water and take out impurities.It took forever to come but it’s a good product and was easy to install .I was charged on my credit card Dec 17th $55.26 Canadian dollars.
Imagine my surprise when I received another charge similar Jan 17 th for $55.78.
I promptly asked for a refund as this had to be a mistake but was told that since I have given my email to them it was for some VIP club???
I did provide email but there was no mention of any charge for a club or no email conformation to say yes you have now enrolled in said club and for that there will be a charge almost identical to the shower head purchased.
I am bringing this up with my credit card company and starting a dispute.
I believe this is a shady sleazy way of catching people unaware.I would never join a club and especially for $55.78 for what future deals on their products?
I would not deal with this company you can do better with Amazon and if there is any dispute Amazon has their A-Z guarantee of satisfaction.They have a good product why resort to these tactics?
