Excellent personal service from Showcomms. They gave great advice on upgrading our system and were swift with delivery.

Bruce at Showcomms was very helpful in helping me to choose the right kit for our needs. I was looking for something to help young children hear their sailing instructor, when learning to sail on open water.
Bruce suggested the Bosun headsets and they have been a real game changer.
No more shouting across from the beach - instead, just a quiet word directly into the child's ear.
They have been so successful that the team now wear them to communicate between the safety boats and the shore, and I have just submitted a third order for more of them.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, got in touch for some sennheiser 421 headbaskets. Special order from supplier but they created the inventory on the website in minutes and 2 -3 weeks later they turned up! They let me know status and expected delivery dates and super smooth transaction! I now have 5 working and non falling apart mics! Saved me a fortune replacing the whole things and they were the only place I could find the older style headbaskets!

Purchase went smoothly, dispatch was prompt. Website is navigable and straight-forward to use. Would recommend purchasing from this supplier.

Fantastic Company to deal with. I was looking for some spare Sepura radio Klick Fast adaptors and needed them in a hurry.

Fast delivery abroad. I needed a spare part from Beyerdynamics that was not delivered in Switzerland, so I ordered it from showcomms. Royal mail received the item the next day and I was able to receive my parcel in less than ten days. Everything went smoothly.

Went over and above the call of duty to make sure I got what I needed ASAP.

Bruce recommended the Eartec comms system. We bought 5 single ear headsets and they are simply brilliant. My favorite kit purchase of recent years and we buy a huge variety and cameras, drones and associated video gear. We use them for drone ops and multicam live comms and they just work really well. Full day of operation from just two batteries. Can't recommend them highly enough!

When I asked Showcomms if a couple of headsets could be repaired, I didn't hold out much hope - they were a few years old. Not only were they fixed - and quickly - there was no charge! Well done on excellent customer service Showcomms.

I made an order for headphone spare part, which was posted in good time, but held up by Royal Mail due to the busy Christmas period.

Despite it being a very small order by a new customer, Bruce was brilliant in dealing with my questions about the delivery hold up and then followed up to ensure I had received it. Great customer service.

Missed the delivery because I work offshore and was looking forward to picking it up when I got home on RnR.

Only to find out the package gets sent back to them because of the missed delivery.

They then offered to send it to an alternate address but at MY further expense.

Then flat out refused to send it a second time when I requested them to do so.

As an emergency services worker based offshore, this was pretty poor customer service.

Excellent experience. Had to replace parts on some old Sennheiser HD-25´s and found and ordered on their website. Was sent and received within 10 days from UK to Norway (which has traditional postal challenges) with no issues. Good simple website for all things Senny.
