Very quick and wonderful...Gary did everything I wanted...a truely great experience and would highly recommend to anyone!!

The process was easy, the communications between Gary and I were outstanding, and the final product was just what we agreed upon. I appreciated doing business with Hedlin Designs and will not hesitate doing business with him in the future.

Apparently the entire shop is out of the country for May and June? The Ordering process on the website is pretty straight forward but could use some tweeking to make it better. All the reviews on the Hedlin Designs Web site were good and I was excited to see the timeline for ordering and shipping as I had procrastinated a little too long. I ordered two signs for an upcoming car show 3 weeks out and my credit card was immediately billed. The Web site state that "normally" you will hear back from them within 48 hours with the mock-up of you design for approval. I gave them more than a week before I started contacting them. You can't just call them and talk to a person! I did text them per the provided info on the Web site and I also emailed them per the address I had used to order my signs. Still, 3 weeks later, I have not heard a single word from Hedlin Designs! A few days before the car show, I went through my credit card company to get my money back. Once I read more reviews, I saw that this same situation had happened last year at this time also. It looks like Hedlin Design has a good product and everyone that gets theirs is happy with it and can't say enough good about the signs or the company. Those of us that learn the hard way and order in May or June are not so happy... This is just plain bad business and bad customer service! I understand if they are super busy or on vacation, etc. but it would be much better if their Web site would reflect that. They should let the customers know that they will be "out of the office" for that time...

Very good communication and fast to respond back.. The sign exceeded my expectations. Very good quality and a very sturdy support to hold it up...It was also trimmed out very nicely. That extra touch was very nice!! I would definately purchase or recommend in the future. Thankyou for the terrific sign

My first e-mail was promptly answered. Site was were easy to navigate. They responded within hours of communication. They gave me several different examples of finished products to pick from. They were willing to change anything without question. Finished product was shipped within days. Arrived in a very well packaged container. Sign looked like you paid hundreds of dollars for with the highest standard of quality. Excellent follow up communication as well.

The sign is really nicely done, very happy with it. It will be a nice addition to car shows we go to all summer.

Customer Service was amazing. Turn around time and follow up emails were prompt - something I have found lacking in other companies today. The product arrived securely packaged. I am Thankful to my co-worker/friend that referred me to Gary, and I will be sure to refer him to others.

I cannot say enough great things about Gary and his terrific company. So accommodating and generous and the product and service is superior/exceptional!!

Gary did a great job with the signs, they're beautiful and bold, and mounted nicely with a holder. He got them to us in time for the car show this weekend, despite a couple revisions and a holiday weekend (no mail delivery). He's easy to work with and I highly recommend Hedlin Designs!

Like several others, paid in full more than a month ago and zero communication since then. No response to email, phone call, or text (as instructed in phone voicemail to do). Missed using for several car shows now. Thankfully I'm able to dispute the payment.

I can understand a small business getting behind on orders or having something go wrong that causes production to halt, but post a message on your website or a general "out of office reply" to people. Losing customers and gaining a bad reputation serves nobody.

I ordered a board over a month ago. I paid in full almost $200. They have not sent me any emails. No renderings, nothing. I have sent numerous emails. My emails were understanding at first, even after I missed out on having a board for the first real car show. Now a second show has come and gone. No board, no answers from them The only way they have to contact them is by email. My last email I asked for a refund but of course, no answer. I hope he is okay health wise because that could be the only explanation other than absolutely horrible customer service.

I placed an order with Hedlin Designs for a car sign which was for a show three weeks from the time the order was placed. I contacted Gary to ensure he was aware of the timeline and that he would be able to complete it- he said no problem. That's when things went downhill. I did not hear from Gary for 10 days following the order. I sent him an email reminding him of the order and the deadline which he originally agreed to. After that, I received no response to my multiple emails kindly reminding him of the deadline approaching. The date of the car show came and went, still no sign and no response to my emails. After the show, I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money. Still no response. I was then forced to file a claim through Paypal to retrieve the funds. I am awaiting Paypals response. Still no response from Gary, no refund and still no sign (which was time sensitive and no longer usable). How much worse can a business owner be at his own business..? Don't Buy from Hedlin Designs...Look Elsewhere if you want a sign.

This was the first car show sign I had ever done and I received a very high quality sign for a reasonable price. Once Gary got my specifications into the system, everything went quickly. I e-mailed him changes and he would e-mail me an attachment showing what my sign would look like with the changes I requested. This went back and forth for maybe 10 changes and then once I gave him the ok to proceed with printing he even showed me a picture of the sign being printed. It arrived 3 days later. I'm extremely happy with my show sign and would recommend them to everyone.

The show board exceeded our expectations. Very quality pictures of the bike and the arrangement of the description of bike is perfect. The gloss finish makes the board "pop". Definitely will make people stop and look at it! Very pleased!!!!

Gary designed a great show sign for my wife's Mustang. His suggestions were on target and resulted in a unique and eye-catching sign. Service was excellent, both through the e-mail correspondence thru the design phase and the fast shipping. Price and quality were both great. Awesome sign!

The product was very professional. The pricing is amazing. The speedy turn around was a plus. Last year when my car was in the show it finished in third place. This year with Gary's sign it finished in first. His sign made a difference. Thank you Gary!

Let me tell you Good customer service is hard to find, but Show Car signs Customer service deserves 5 stars. My sign was produced in a timely fashion. NOT TO MENTION THE PRODUCT IS TOP SHELF. I'm glad I found these guys. Kudos to Gary the sign master.
