Do not buy from this company have not received my goods

Ordered. Got a tracking number first said it was on its way. Then disappeared and no longer exists. Emailed company they replied and said they will chase the courier company. Two weeks passed still no package. Emailed company again. No reply. They then never replied to any other email I sent. Using charge back to get my money back. Don’t buy from them. They are fake and fraudulent.

I ordered a gift for my mother. When I track item it says not available and when I click on view order it say link no longer available. I've sent 3 emails with no response. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card. 100% fraudulent company

Purchased items never received, unable to contact, emails not replied, very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Would not use again.

Can not activate my card or log in most of the time. Have contacted them via email for over a week with no response. Would not recommend. Lack of response and glitches with the app means I would not use.

Company has locked some accounts with no help or responses. Can no longer login into the Biz account and there is significant money deposited. No phone number to call. Money has been refunded to the card but never added to my account.

Don’t use this site —- they deny the 3x emails sent to them while I have proof and then after I submit via their website due to no response to my other emails… they took my money and refuse to return it -

The interface is easy, but I was left with a sour taste when I was charged $3.80 of fees to top up my card with an extra $18 (21%!). They also only allow topping up with round numbers. Let's say you spend your gift card over 2 purchases and need to top it up to use the remaining balance, Microgifts will end up making their money with really high fees and keeping the change from your top up with a baseless rule about round numbers in a digital world. This would add up to their bottom line over hundred of thousands of transactions.

A friend gave me birthday money via shouta and I think it's brilliant! Just more caring thank depositing money into my account. I'll spend it on ME not the household.

Love it. Easy to send at anytime and a nice surprise for the receiver.

Company used this as part of a way to allow employees to enjoy a virtual event. It was easy to set up and use.

Great app and awesome team, really appreciate the execution of this. I send shouts for tonnes of things, paying back my roommate from groceries, as a token of appreciation for work done, or as birthday prezzies!

I sent a Shouta and my friend didn’t receive it and there is no functionality for me to resend it or retract it. It’s so difficult to connect with them. I have emailed customer support 5 days ago and still haven’t heard from them. So they’ve basically just taken my money.

Love this app! Can send my loved ones, far and near, a coffee to let them know I am thinking of them 😊
