I’ve had the v5 watch for approaching 2 years and been very happy with it, however it started to have issues with one of the controls which I reported to Shot Scope support, after several emails in an attempt to to resolve the issue failed they requested I return the item and simultaneously they sent a replacement, even during a uk public holiday. Seriously five star service, thank you.
Golf tags not syncing to club tags …
Had a problem with my V 5 watch syncing with the club tags. Submitted my problem to customer support. Received a prompt rely outing all the check which pointed to a fault with the watch strap sensor. Even though the watch was out of warranty a new watch strap sensor was dispatched which rectified the fault. Great customer service.
Shot Scope V5 issues
I have had a couple of issues with my Shot Scope watch. On both occasions after a back and forth by E Mail the matters were resolved. On the second occasion my watch was replaced without quibble.

Excellent customer service.
I use a number of different products from this company. In the last seven days I had a problem with the H4 and contacted Shot Scope for advice. As soon as it became apparent the problem was not software and was an inherent defect they offered with no prompting to replace the product - no quibbling. The customer service has been incredibly efficient and super helpful.
I have been a Shotscope user with the…V5 but had a question about the H50
I have been a Shotscope user with the V3 and V5 watches and have improved my game because of them. The new H50 GPS course maps is due out and having that screen, which is much larger than the one on the watch, would be great for my aging eyes. I play competitive rounds and reached out to Support to insure that product could be used in tournament. The response was quick, concise and to the affirmative. Just like the other times I have contacted them they are very responsive and open to suggestions on their products.

Random question turned into a warranty return.
Had a strange thing happen while cleaning the top lense, it slightly pushed in, didn't expect warranty to cover it but they did with no hassle and quick service. Started off with a random question to see if it was fixable, sent it in, got a new one. What more can you ask for.

3stars due to being persistent in challenging for proof of purchase
3stars due to being persistent in asking for proof of purchase which I did not have as the watch was a gift. Had to ask purchasing family member to look for a receipt that was 8 months old, she was not happy at that request.
I had to resort to looking up customers rights if product is faulty, manufacturers responsibility’s etc. asked for various company policies to review. It was clearly a Shotscope product which failed for whatever reason, I should not have to resort to this level of communication, I asked for a sensible and responsible outcome to resolve this silly battle of words.
Shotscope did mention they have scammers and people trying to fool them into a new product. Shot scope did resolve the matter and sent a replacement after I sent proof of postage for the faulty item.
Eventually got a proper result and fair outcome, I thank Shotscope for eventually seeing reason over this.
I sent photos of item and this with the original packaging should have been enough to show them it was a Shotscope product and ad it was gift we should not have had those challenging conversations. I was really annoyed at breing asked for something I couldn’t get.
It all ended well and on good terms, Oh, the V5 watch is an awesome product and customer service needs to be less challenging when faced with a different situation,
Will I by Shotscope products shy, yes I will and hope the customer service experience if needed is more subtle in its response.

My problem was a watch v3 that stopped seeingthe tags. I had mail exchanges with Andy the same day as I filed the request for help. He helped to analyse the situation, but unfortunately nothing could be done. The watch was 5 years old and water had penetrated it.
As a whole the products work great
As a whole the products work great. I have been tracking my game for 3 years now. They have been continuing to improve the product. I returned the recent h50 handheld after trying it out. It did not do as much as I needed/hoped for but the it worked very well. The no subscription is makes this even a better product. The return was seamless and easy.
