Warning! - H4
Warning! I recently purchased an H4 device. Many years ago I studied sport science and was excited with the potential of the new tech - the h4 to map my ‘real’ shots coupled with a non-watch or phone seemed ideal. On my first round with H4 I thought I would use it for gps. I used the belt clip, with the device synced up to the round, and off I went. I used the gps for the first couple of holes then the gps on my trolley for the next few, but then needed to use the H4 again. Sadly there was no H4 attached to the belt clip. It had obviously detached itelf somewhere over 3 holes and was nowhere to be found. I was devastated - first day out and it had failed, doing exactly the thing I needed it to do. I felt I had not done anything wrong but somehow lost a product using it exactly as recommended. The magnet is simply not robust/strong enough to reliably hold the device (and I am not the first to report this, I note from other reviews). I contacted the company for their comment and was offered a 25% discount on full price items as a "gesture of good will". I informed them that I have subsequently found that an app will give me the GPS I need, but what I still miss and what I had wanted from the H4 was the tagging. Obviously my remaining H4 tags don’t work with the app on their own but ShotScope's other tags do. They, however, were on sale on the website (UK) at 50% off (£49), and therefore the goodwill offer for non-reduced items was no use here! I proposed they revised their offer and e.g. offered me the other app tags by means of compensation for the poor design of the H4, which is actually not fit for purpose, but I received no further reply. Most disappointing "service".

Complex redesign sorted

My home club was not correctly…
My home club was not correctly displayed. After a few emails they changed it and everything is perfect now.
The only downside of the app is the handling with the phone. But I think it is the fault of my phone, not the app.
Uploading problem
Had a problem uploading my score on to the app. The service team came back promptly to solve the problem.

I had a really great experience with Shot Scope’s customer service. One of the buttons on my watch stopped working, and after I got in touch with them, they were quick to help and very easy to deal with. They arranged a replacement without any hassle, and I received my new watch within just a few days.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Really impressed with the support—definitely gives me confidence in the brand.

I advised Shot Scope about my home course being totally rerouted. They quickly responded and attempted to revise the software. Apparently Google Maps has not updated their site for the course. Not just settling with this, they reached out to Google to revise their maps asap. That's a company who responds to customer concerns, and does it quickly!
X5 Firmware issue resolved next business day
I charged my X5 watch up after a long winter sitting in storage just before my first round of golf for the year. The app told me to update the firmware but it sat at 0% and would not move. I sent an email to Shot Scope Support with the issue and they got back to me the next business day with a solution. They even followed up to ensure that everything was working. Such fantastic support.

Had an issue with my V5 watch not syncing with the App. After contacting the help line they provided the method to sort out the issue.

Connectivity Issues between V5 watch and HyperOS
The firmware update for my V5 watch initially failed, leading to a persistent Bluetooth connectivity issues on my Xiaomi phone. Customer support instructed to update the firmware using a different mobile device. The firmware was successfully updated using a friend's Apple phone. Customer support maintained clear communication throughout the process, and within five days, the technical team released a fix. Reinstalling the app resolved the issue completely. The service was professional and the resolution was effective.
I have had my H4 GPS and Rangefinder…
I have had my H4 GPS and Rangefinder for a few years, still think they are great. Recently charger for my H4 broke. Emailed support as i couldnt find the charger on the website to purchase. Clearly out of warranty. Really impressed with Callum from support, He didnt just say sorry, they are out of stock, Callum looked at possible solutions and is now sending me a returned/refurb charger so I can still use my H4 GPS. Truly fantastic and customer orientated. Shotscope have bought my loyalty with things like this.

The LM1 new mini…
I ordered my son the LM1 new mini monitor for his birthday gift in January of this year, It was a pre-order with time frames stated to land mid April. For context my son plays competitive golf and required this for his training season and tournament prep.
We are now being told more delays meanwhile we see retailers with them etc. Very frustrating experience all around with little to no answers other than "our hand are tied". I know I am only a singles customer and likely mean nothing to a business this large but I do manager a very large business and would never look after a customer with lack of information and reply's like we have received. Terrible service.

They responded to my email very quickly (within 24hrs).Tried several ways to fix the problem with my V3, unfortunately without success, but gave me a very good discount on a new product which in my opinion they didn't have to do because my V3 was out of guarantee and I hadn't bought it directly from Shot Scope.
