Great correspondence from start to finish great company to work with, very accommodating.
The house was amazing we had 17 adults and a few dogs. We spent most of the time in the beautiful garden which had everything you would ever need. It was very warm the weekend we were there.
The kitchen has everything you need - so many glasses! Plenty of cupboard space and 2 fridges were really useful.
All the beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean.
The showers were fabulous - I could have spent all day in mine!
No negative comments we had a wonderful stay.
My only recommendation would be to have a 2nd dishwasher as we did have to wash up a lot.

The main house is magnificent. Perfect. We also had the Annexe.
The location, the house , the facilities (internal and external) were superb.
Some may consider that the lack of mobile network and weak WiFi would be a negative - try it, it enhanced the relaxing influence of Arniss. We all loved it! Thank you.

We spent a wonderful family Christmas at Osmund House. 8 adult and 7 children, loads of room for everyone, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Only a short walk into Salisbury with it’s magnificent cathedral and short drive to some wonderful places.
We had a could have issues but these were dealt with promptly and without fuss.
Would definitely recommend.

We had a brilliant stay at Riverside Lodge. Very peaceful and a beautiful setting, we felt at home right away. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Fabulous property and grounds made the perfect location to celebrate an 80th birthday. Great communication from the company whenever necessary, thanks for making my mum's birthday so special.

It was many years that all of the family from around the world had missed being together, so we found a perfect property on the Short Stay web site. We also spoke to Caroline who very kindly let us have a look at the property before booking. The home was perfect for the 6 adults and 6 children so we made the reservation.
The home was beautifully clean and had comfortable beds and furniture. The garden was ideal for the children to play ball and had an amazing games room, climbing frames, BBQ and hot tub . The kitchen was also fully equipped which made cooking for the family easy, and great to sit around the huge dining table together. We certainly created many happy memories in this beautiful cottage.
The cottage is located in a great position just off the high street and is on the doorstep of local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops.
A super service from Caroline and her team and would highly recommend this Short Stay Cottage.

Beck cottage was lovely, with plenty of space for all of our group. The booking process was very easy, and the team was accommodating to our requests and prompt in their replies.

Galtons Cottage was everything great we expected, and more! An extremely spacious yet super cosy location for a big group stay. Very clean with a wonderful kitchen for evening dinners and a comfortable triple lounge setting to relax in afterwards. We were lucky enough also to enjoy the hot tub (with sunshine!) in the gorgeous garden.
The welcome basket on arrival made a lovely personal touch too!
Would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation for all families and friends. Caroline made organising the trip so simple with her prompt communication to support our requests.

I stayed at Criddlestyle Cottage for two nights and was on a golf break organised by Short Stay Homes. It had good facilities, was clean and was a very good base for us since we were playing at golf courses in the surrounding area. I would thoroughly recommend it to others on similar golf breaks.

Enjoyed a splendid golf break with friends brilliantly hosted by Tony Sweeney the owner of Short Stay Homes and staying in Criddlestyle Cottage, a perfect venue for families and golfers alike. After a good soaking on the golf course it was a real pleasure to come back to a warm, well furnished cottage enjoy a hot bath and put my feet up. Highly recommended

From the welcome pack that greated our golf society when we arrived at Mews Hill cottage,to the golf tour put together by Short stay homes to the facilities and local excellent pubs and restaurants we couldn't have wished for a more helpful and considerate host. House was warm and fully equipped, just what we wanted

The property we rented was Arniss Lodge in The New Forest. It was wonderful and very true to the description. We found the house had all the facilities and equipment we could want and the support staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful home great for big groups. We went for a hen do and it was perfect. Lovely big kitchen and dining room and plenty of space for games + lovely garden and hot tub.

A gem of a find for for our anniversary. The view of the front on arrival does not do this house justice, but what a surprise when you open the front door. The house manages to accommodate 3 families with ease, with large rooms and a considerable amount of space. Great fun had by all with the games room being a ‘winner’ with the grandchildren and the jacuzzi a ‘must’ for the adults! Morning walks pass a paddock on up to the village green with its cricket pitch and walks in the forest. A relaxing afternoon with the family before a gentle 30 yard stroll to the Horse and Groom with its friendly atmosphere and delicious food. If you have forgotten anything - don’t worry, the local village shop and Post Office is a quick walk away with very reasonable opening hour including Sundays. A short drive will take you to a mini supermarket if needs be.
All in all this is a five star short break venue. In itself it is a great find, but add the surrounding locale amenities and its a real pleasure and an experience to provide very happy memories. Enjoy!

Quay House was a fantastic property for our friends and family get together. It is huge with excellent facilities and a really well equipped kitchen. We couldn’t fault it and would happily recommend it.

The house was simply amazing and the company were so easy to do business with and really were helpful

Lovely place.
Great for a large group. Excellent large dining area in the kitchen so everyone could chat and be together in one place.
Water pressure was low so showers were hot but just a trickle.
Unclear how to separate waste/ recycling.

Slightly disappointed with the 'bar' as there were no glasses or beer fridge. No cleaning items to clear up any spills etc.
Apart from these slight niggles - a lovely place.
