Our golf society comprising of 12-18 keen golfers recently stayed at Mews Hill & Criddlestyle Cottages. The accommodation had everything you could want, spacious accommodation, all the facilities required after a hard day on the golf course including hot tub.
Easy access to great golf courses, pubs and restaurants.
Looking forward to revisiting again next year.

Super short golfing break at Cridlestyle Cottage. Very well appointed and comfortable accommodation and perfect location for playing courses in and around the New Forest. Short Stay also arranged all transport and locations for evening meals - all timings were spot on and venues all very good. Thoroughly recommended for an organised golf tour or for a family holiday.

Very recently stayed at Criddlestyle Cottage with a bunch of golfing friends in our Society.
We had a great time. Short Stay Homes organised our whole trip which included accommodation, the golf courses, evening meals in various locations and transportation to and from the courses if we needed as well as the journey to and back from the restaurants.
All was really well organised without a hitch.
The accommodation was ideal, well appointed, very clean and had everything we would want and need.
A great time and I would thoroughly recommend Short Stay Homes we will come again.

A lovely house with everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future. The garden & children’s play area was fully enjoyed by our Grandchildren as was the lovely hot tub by the adults.

Mews Hill was the ideal property for my family birthday gathering. We were a very mixed group ages ranging from 3 to 74 and the accommodation worked very well. The house is very well equipped and there is good garden space. We had a private chef cook for our party one evening and the dining area was good for that. I would recommend Mews Hill for family get together.

Superb accomodation, equipped with everything you need in a house. Location and views are great too which is nice for a lovely morning walk

A good company to deal with and we felt they focus on giving a good customer experience. Very prompt and helpful with answering our queries prior to booking and in the run up to the stay and in accommodating our requests. Blackdown Views is in a wonderful location with glorious views; the house is very well maintained and equiped, and manages to combine a sleek modernity with a homely feel. There's lots of thoughtful touches and we couldn't think of a single thing to improve the place. We hope to return!

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location, we went in January and apart with a glitch with the hot water at the beginning ( which was sorted quickly) we had a wonderful time, the beds were reported as being comfortable, apart from the master bedroom whose mattress is a bit thin. The kitchen is well stocked, and although hottub was a little pricey we had a great time

A beautiful house with luxury accommodation for a large party. Ample space with plenty of parking, garden & play equipment for the children and a hot tub for all. Walking distance of Salisbury town centre, the cathedral and all amenities.
Was able to email the company with any queries and received prompt replies.
Would happily use other properties in this group if an occasion arose in the future.

I would definitely use Short Stay Homes again. I can’t fault this company. The communications were very forthcoming and if I had an issue it was dealt with promptly. Payment links and reminders were easy to navigate and use and the deposit paid back promptly after our stay.

Glatons cottage was lovely 16 of my family game and we had a wonderful time thanks for all your help cyril and lucinda cx

The house was very spacious for 21 of us, particularly the 2 kitchens and 2 lounges. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the ones in the main house particularly were beautiful. The information pack was very detailed so it was very easy to relax straight away. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture. Everything we needed was provided for us to have a fantastic time. Both kitchens were well equipped and the property was very clean. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. The location of the property was also very good so we did not need to use the cars all weekend. Overall, we had a very good weekend.

We (our family and friends) have a great time at Galtons Cottage despite it raining from the moment we got there to the moment we left. The facilities and space, as well as the small touches, made it a break to remember with lots of laughter throughout our stay.

The property in which we stayed is delightful, well maintained and has direct access to the New Forest. The staff at Short Stay Homes are helpful, friendly and responsive.

This is an ideal property for a large family gathering. 10 of us (plus a dog!) stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday. The house itself is spacious and really well-equipped, the garden nicely laid out and the location is brilliant. We all went off into Salisbury at different times to shop, walk and visit the cathedral and other lovely buildings. Communication about the property was also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Osmund House was a fantastic place for our get together with old school friends. Spacious, smart and beautifully furnished, both the house and garden gave us everything we could want for our weekend away. The added bonus was being able to walk into Salisbury for shopping, lunch and cocktails. Highly recommend this house for family gatherings or groups of friends.

Very welcoming accommodation with everything you need for a week plus some lovely treats . So close to the river makes night fishing easy ; a fresh cup of tea while you fish . We also made use of the availability of playing at a five star golf course nearby courtesy of short stay homes . I used the cabin and found it very comfortable .

We stayed at Galtons Cottage in Dorset. The whole place was absolutely filthy. We couldn’t use any of the garden furniture as it was covered in algae and bird poo and no hose to wash it off. The garden furniture cushions were in an outside box covered in cobwebs and dirt. BBQ was dirty and games room still had the last visitors empty bottles and glasses in it. Inside the fridge water dispenser was green and cover in limescale. Bathrooms needed cleaning before use. Ovens, kettle, toaster and utensils were dirty. Cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The management have taken no responsibility. Will never use this company again.
