This company automatically charge me with something thaymt I dont order. Thebsupplements are useless...actually I am trying to get my suppoesed waranty money back and so far I dont have any luck

I gave my son my phone to watch videos and it must have been and ad that came up and he followed the link and order something that cost a $199.75(which is equivalent to over 30,000 Jamaican dollars) . I tried to cancel the order when I saw that the money was pulled from my account. I was told the item was already shipped, I am yet to receive such items or to get a refund. This happened from 2023 and I still haven't receive my money back.

Absolute scam. Don't buy anything from this company!!! The price that went through was 6 times the price of what it advertised and they refused to give a refund

I received products that am pretty sure I did not order.I if not for that I would give them 4* This is because when it was sorted out they give me a refund in full immediately. Having said that I won't order again, as I am not sure of the quality of the products.I want to also note that I did not follow their refund policy as instructed. If I had done so it would have been an even quicker process;

This company is a total scam. They stole $149.85 from me AGAIN without me ever ordering anything. The first time I tried, I didn’t even receive the product. They just take money without delivering. Do NOT trust Shorline Support Products — they are frauds. Stay away

DON'T BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered Hemp Gummies which were disgusting to taste and somehow an auto ship arrived but it wasn't even the original product, they sent Manup. When I asked to get a refund, they demanded I send back the other product which would have cost me over US$199 but the address was a post office box so it unlikely could get signed for to prove receipt and therefore refund. They took ZERO responsibility for their error and REFUSED to come to a fair compromise. They are DESPICABLE so please DON"T SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

This is a scam company. They sent me a product without an UPC code. I looks like children gummies plastered in sugar. Do not purchase anything from them

I purchased 3 bottles of Blood Balance and I won 2 bottles free, but I was charged for the entire five bottles. I have not yet received the products and I need a full refund of my money. This is fraud at the highest level. I must get my full refund of US$199.35

This company is a fraud, because the said delivery intents but they are lying, and try to collect more to make the delivery and the products are missing..., I am requesting the reimbursement but I don't think to recover it.

Beware of SHORELINE SUPPLEMENTS, the most devious fraudsters and thieves allowed to advertise merchandise that is not shipped. They agreed to refund my money which I never received. Their response to my email follows below.

They want my banking info, for what purpose? Do they want access to empty my bank account? Proof they are criminals of the first degree.

I seems that this company is a scam with horrible customers service, with promises that are never respected. Acquired 3 bottles and I was supposed to pay one and get two for free but they charged me for all of them. In the chat provided they promised to refund the same day half of the sum. It was on February 4th, and since then polite apologies and promises. It took more than a month and when I finally got the bottles I had to pay $ 20 taxes, which they promised to refund as well. But 3 months had passed and no refund.

SCAM. Paid never received. Repeated emails of apologies and requests for my address which they had totally incorrect.
Never received anything.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. There is no other word to describe this company. I wonder how many people they have scammed. I placed an order on the 15th of January 2025. On their customer support line, they have now "reshipped" my order 4 times, 5 times with the original order. Please warn people against this fraudulent company.

Scam. Ordered in December 2024 and not received yet. They send you emails to keep confirming your delivery address and a few days later send another email saying their was a problem with shipment. They use this as their stall tactic. Something needs to be done about them as they will continue to scam more people.
