Their shipping is awful do not expect your item to arrive in a timely manner. One week and still have not received my order.

Shoptiques provides excellent value to boutiques who wish to expand their reach to the web without breaking the bank. For a fixed percentage they handle everything from running e-commerce to providing chat and phone support for my customers. That fixed percentage also covers shipping costs, duties/customs, credit card fees, and all of the other expenses which add up and detract from our bottom line. They even ensure compliance with the new US tax regulations for e-commerce! Their support is top notch and they always make me feel like I am doing them the favor of allowing them to service our account. We signed up in January 2017 as one of their first Plus/Inclusive size luxury fashion brands, and we have seen them grow into a real powerhouse of innovation and service.

Recently they added a Point of Sale terminal with reporting as well as a mobile application to further enhance our ability to find and service customers. I highly recommend Shoptiques!

They posted a response to make it seem like they wanted to help, and repair their reputation. But once I contacted them, they continued ignoring me and they have kept my money which is over $1000.
Do not trust these terrible people, shop from a reputable site.

Excellent choice of items, customer service and overall experience

I found Shoptiques through a friend and it is awesome! You can't find unique products like this anywhere else... I love shopping at boutiques when I travel but this makes it instantaneous for all the stores right on my phone at my fingertips! I got the products quickly and have never had any issues.

I love working with Shoptiques we have been selling on Shoptiques for over 5 years. There is no easier place to sell online, they do all the marketing and pay for the discounts that they offer customers and for the shipping label/return shipping label so you can easily know how much you'll make on each item with no hidden costs.

They have an excellent selection of items at all price points. I can always find something. I like the free shipping from boutiques and 10% off for the week after a purchase. I like being able to buy unique pieces that other people don’t have. I like being able to support small businesses and shopping places I may never visit.

We are a boutique that has been working with Shoptiques for years and have seen it really grow our online business. We've found them easy to work with and reliable. They handle so much of the online process that it makes is super simple to sell our items online -- they do our website, marketing, customer service, and even pay for shipping. All we have to do is upload our product and the sales roll in. We strive to ship all our customer orders the same day that we get them and hopefully that prevents some of the issues that other customers have noted.

I joined as a Boutique after a very rigorous marketing campaign from them. They spoke about launches and advertising, I paid up front for their service. They delivered few sales and there was no marketing around the launch that I could see. I would definitely not sign up to them again

Had an awesome shopping experience with shoptiques.com. I used their chat services to help find a red dress for sorority recruitment. The stylist helping me with the chat gave me 10 options of red dresses and I ended up buying 3 and keeping the one that looked best. I ordered on a Friday and it came the following Monday which was surprisingly fast. Each dress was from a different store and they all had cute, little handwritten notes inside. I returned two of the dresses which was easier than I thought it would be, and awesome because the return was free! They kept me updated with emails during my return, letting me know when it was received and again when my card was refunded. Awesome great first experience shopping with them and will definitely shop with them again!

Bought from them a pretty awesome dress from a boutique in Paris! Unbelievable that I got it in 3 days!! Will be buying there again

The worst online experience ever. I was thrilled to find my item online. It arrived packaged triple time with apology printed by USPS for damage. The item was literally wrapped in a single layer of tissues and put in a plastic grocery-style bag and put in the mail. The packaging and my apparel were completely mangled and stained. When reported via phone, the rep said to send pics and they would issue a refund. She also said that this is the standard packaging for Shoptique and they have "work to do." I am not exaggerating to say that you would probably not walk out of a store with flimsier bag packaging. Now they want ME to package the ruined item properly and return it. What a waste of time and money on everyone's account. I will NEVER shop with them again.
