Shipping is terrible if you need it in a hurry. 7-14 days to fulfill your order. Customer service informed me they aren't amazon and offered to cancel the order. I canceled the order. Customer service was super despite the Amazon comment.

Purchasing process was wonderful! As was the follow-up from the company. Only disappointment was tracking communication from Fed-Ex. Delivery was 2 days late with no updates available.

Panels and power inverters
There is a lot of competition in your field. Many companies offer the same or comparable equipment. The reason I went with Shop Solar wasn't just about product or price. It was because of your (Matt Ledingham's) professionalism.
When we spoke on the phone, you listened carefully and answered all of my questions thoroughly. You were never pushy, and you never lost patience with me, which would have been very easy considering how little I understand about your field.
The best part though, weeks after our initial conversation, you picked up as though we had spoken yesterday.
In short, it's not about panels and power inverters, it's about people. All business should be about people.
