That’s so confusing when it says I have 10 days.
Then they bury in the terms that you need to get the insurance to return. Totally misleading and I’ll never purchase again.

If I can give it a -0.stars I would. Placed an order way back in early November. And now I haven't received my order that it supposed to be a Christmas present. There is no customer service number you can call. Will never purchase any item from them ever again.

Terrible. Merchandise never shipped out then the company blamed me for not buying the optional $.99 insurance. Will never order from them again.

Do not buy from this company. My order took almost 20 days to arrive and when I opened the package it only contained 1 out of the 2 items I ordered. They never emailed me that the other item was OOS, nor did they refund me... I'm giving them a chance to send the item or give me a refund, but right now I feel like I was scammed out of almost $100 and I'm going to file a dispute with AMEX if they don't resolve the issue.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They truly scam you out of money. I bought a M top (I'm usually a small but the site said buy a size up if you like loose fit) and it was SO TIGHT. So I returned and bought an L and it was JUST AS TIGHT. I returned everything I ordered and got a credit but asked for a refund. I was told I was out of the return window (I wasn't) and didn't even receive a response until I blew up their IG. When I was ignored multiple times I got nasty and then was told I was abusing customer service and they would not be responding. Filed with CC company and BBB. I hope to God they get shut down. I kept 1 dress and took it to a seamstress because it was garbage. $130 in alterations later, she told me the material was so cheap and never to shop there again.

They are complete scammers. I ordered a two piece it arrived, it was unsuitable and bad quality. I returned the item and tracked the item. It was received back to them, 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received my refund. I contacted them and they said we’ve issued a refund. It never arrived, I told them this isnt acceptable. I was then sent an email saying sorry for the mix up but we are sending you a gift card as your item was in the sale so you can’t have a refund, no it wasn’t in the sale you gave me a first time order discount code there’s a difference. So basically they had originally lied to me. They have now stopped communication. I have now contacted the bureau of consumer rights in America that are looking into this for me as it is fraud and they are scamming people out of a lot of money. Their clothes are nothing like they are advertised. I hope the bureau closes them down as I won’t let this go.

I purchased items through a website for the company that I was directed to via an online ad I saw on Instagram. I spent $620.17. Three items were on sale. The rest were not & no discount code was applied to the remaining order. The clothing arrived & was clearly not the quality described (crooked seams, broken straps, ill-fitting, cheap quality) so I sent the items back per the return policy, literally 2 days after receiving my package via USPS. Instead of my money back, I was emailed a gift card for the refund and told my return fell outside the return window. I emailed back documents to show that was not the case & was instead told I couldn’t have a refund for a different reason, now ALL the items had a discount applied, which of course was not the case. I have submitted yet more documented proof of this via receipts & emails & have now stopped receiving communication from the company. After looking online, I see that this is their M.O. and more people don’t get their money & clothes than ones who do because of this bait & switch return policy.
Where is the merchandise?
Purchased 3 shirts from RUUMUR but only received 2. Contacted the merchant on January 9th, and have been on that merry-go-round until today, February 28th. I called my bank and reversed the charges. I'm sure that will get their attention, they make it seem like they are soooo busy.

The quality of clothing on Rumours is disastrous, ugly, terrible, and of course nothing as pictured. I was disappointed mainly about myself because I always read reviews about websites I have never purchased from and if it is bad I abroad from the website quickly, well not this time, for the first time I told myself to ignore it and try, but what's worse is that all my clothes where on Final Sale so, yup! not returns. I was so mad! I wrote to them, but of course, instead of perhaps offering at least in-store credit, they responded with what sounded to me "your fault for being stupid! everything is on Final Sale, so no return". Looks like some businesses prefer to lose the pissed-off client which will never return and many more in the future, because of my review, of course, I will warn everybody I can to stay away from the! Great job Rumours! guess what? you and your business suck big time! I lost $150, but you will lose way much more than I! I am sick and tired of Chinese companies flooding us with cheap a...s products!!

Updating everyone here that the company has now changed its name to Rumored instead of Rumours. I’ve even contacted the founder on ig who completely ignored me. I had to dispute my original charge with my bank.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping from any online retail company, and I also own a retail company myself. I would never treat people the way that they treat people. I’ve ordered three orders from them and every single one was messed up in some way or the other and one of them was not refunded whatsoever despite the fact that they created the issue. If I could give this company zero out of zero stars I 1000% would do that. Go somewhere else for your closing up, maybe a company with better values and customer care.

Just like everyone has said, this site is a scam and has horrible customer service. They will not refund your money even when you return within their window. They blame a third party for horrible customer service. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau on them, that's how disgraceful of a business they are. Do not shop here!

Response: “…Our Prince St Tops have been delayed from our courier past the original date that was projected to our team.
We always do our best when providing estimated shipping days, but sometimes they come in later than projected and we completely understand it can be very frustrating 😫. We will be sending out an email regarding this to all our amazing customers tomorrow morning with more info! Please keep an eye out for it.”
7/18/22 - I asked if that meant it hasn’t shipped yet even though I got a shipping confirmation email?
Response: “ Once all orders have been confirmed and the labels have been printed out, our customers receive a notification letting them know we are processing the order. USPS has physically taken acceptance of the package and has begun to input the information into the USPS system. Once, we have received the Prince St Top, the courier will take its best steps in regards to getting the package delivered to you.”
7/26/22 - I saw the Prince St Top was in stock so I asked for an update

“ All orders containing the Prince St Tops were sent out almost 2 weeks ago. I would recommend reaching out to Route as they will be able to provide you with the best assistance on where your package is in transit.

8/1/22 - I contacted Route obviously because I bought the thing and asked for a replacement but BOTH ITEMS ARE SOLD OUT. A rep named Jonathan said he could replace it with another item of equal or less value and only give me a partial refund without the Route fee and taxes. I asked him to check with USPS first to see if they even had the item because it was still pending acceptance and that I’d rather have a FULL refund. He refunded partial and then after replied back saying they always check before they provided options.
Long story short - this was a waste of my time and money. I didn’t even get back the full amount I paid for. I do not believe they even attempted to ship out my order since USPS hasn’t even accepted the item. Customer service gave me conflicting information and was not helpful at all. What a scam.

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time. They charged me for 2 pair of pants but only sent 1. When I tried to get this issue resolved, they finally gave me a gift card (should have been a refund). Then I tried to use the gift card and they had disabled it! Communication was difficult and slow, and the quality of the garments was not very good. This is a poorly run
company, terrible customer service and attitude. I put a review of the pants on their website and it never showed there, so they must have a way of filtering out the ones they don’t like. Dishonest and fraudulent!!

Terrible Quality, very cheaply made clothing cleverly disguised as luxury goods. Cheap, thin polyester fabric that wrinkles extremely easily and is see through. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Tried to contact them multiple times after this but all my messages were ignored and then they deleted my comments on Instagram. They refuse to give me my money back and have still not been able to provide an update from the courier 2 months later. Avoid like the plague!!!
Returns Only Get Store Credit, False Advertising
Scammy site that only does returns for store credit without ever detailing that during checkout. The materials are cheap and the clothes look cheap. The skirt I got was so lumpy on the sides, not worth the price, and didn't look like the photos. Very disappointed in the quality and the customer service.
