We've been a user for a couple of years. ShopRocket is incredibly easy to use, and the support is among the best I've come across anywhere!

Shoprocket is epic if you have a custom site you want to embed a store function into. It is everything shopify refuses to be while insulting you and charging you extra. So glad I found them!

I've been looking around for a way of adding ecommerce to my existing static site (built in sveltekit which makes it fast and easy to maintain). Using a demo store snippet provided by Ryan at shoprocket, and fixing a page load event issue, we got the demo store up and running in no time. I can say their support is a huge plus over just about every other product out there! I was getting pretty stressed trying to find the right way to build a shop. I just hated the straightjacket and costs of shopify et al. Snipcart seems to be dying which made me very uncomfortable with it. Ecwid gets terrible reviews. It is a great solution to have a dashboard where I can create and run the store, and have all the shopping infrastructure injected into my site via a snippet. For me it's also a big plus to support a UK based company. So after some dead ends I'm going with shoprocket

They're still growing, and have some new features in the works, but this is the most responsive platform and team I've ever worked with. Took barely a few minutes to link up to stripe and get all my courses added for sale.
You won't regret using 'em.

I love how modular Shoprocket is. As a headless ecommerce solution I can confidently configure knowing that if I ever change my website tech stack, I won't have to start over with my store.

And as an agency with lower volume and higher prices than a standard ecommerce store, the 0% transaction fee is simply worth switching to Shoprocket entirely. 100% worth the money.

The team is also very responsive and quickly answered any questions I had (the setup process is super easy, I was just pressure testing certain aspects of it).

I'm a small business owner who's not that experienced with most things tech related, started my website on carrd which I eventually learned, is not the best for hosting an ecommerce site or anything of this scale. It's been such a pain searching for a cart option that works with stripe and doesn't charge a ridiculous amount. Shoprocket was exactly what i was looking for.

On top of all that, the customer support is honestly the best I've ever encountered. They really do listen to their customers. I had a small error on my site with the embedded elements and wasn't expecting much at first but Ryan went all out to help. Together with the team they spent the entire day modifying things on their end to adapt to my situation, when it was more of a problem on my side that probably could've been avoided if I had chose a better hosting site.

As a business owner myself I'm genuinely so impressed with the extend they went to help and how fast they respond each time with such a small team of people. (hope they're getting some rest) A huge huge huge thank you to Ryan and the team! Shoprocket is something I would never shut up about now, definitely recommending anyone who is starting an online shop!

They have possibly the first service rep I have come across that will look at your problem and fix your code within few minutes to help with customising the integration of the shoprocket tool - massive kudos to them and Ryan!

Shoprocket has been a trustworthy partner since I started to use it. It's been paramount for our growth in 2022 and 2023 and I am sure it will continue to.

Love using Shoprocket! Eshop is not my primary business, use it to sell merch as a support channel, and the easy with which I was able to add Shoprocket-powered eshop to my existing NextJS project is just mind-blowing. An amazing system for an online shop and what makes it better is the human contact that is available 24/7.

I've saved a ton of time and headache by creating products in Shoprocket and embedding them on my site and on sales pages. Whenever I have a question, they can usually resolve it via chat within minutes. I recently asked about a specific feature I wanted to add to my products and they told me they don't have that feature. Then they offered to add it to my products. I assume this involves some customized coding, and I'm pleasantly surprised they're doing it for me, especially since I'm not paying for their highest tier of service. I'm always blown away by the customer/tech support in the chat.

one of the best ecommerce platforms that exist - i already had an existing site hosted elsewhere and this made it so easy for me to create my online store without paying the extra added cost that's bundled into hosting with most ecommerce sites. i highly recommend shoprocket and will tell anyone who asks about ecommerce to check them out. support is also amazing - they respond so quickly and tend to your direct and specific needs. a 10/10 from me, which i don't hand out lightly.

I am new to this game, but shoprocket has proven to be an easy to use product, that performs as advertised.
The customer service is prompt, very friendly, and importantly, very knowledgeable.
I have no problem recommending this service.

Excellent support

Im really enthousiatic about Shoprocket. It works super fast, the shop is easy to customize and the support is one of a kind, super fast and clear communication, I love it. They even added a word to translate what wasnt available for translation and that within 24 hours!

The e-commerce platform is very good, could always do with improvements, but Ryan and the support team are amazing! Very quick to make updates, fix bugs etc and they reply to messages and questions very quickly. Very much recommend If you would like to add e-commerce to your site.

So easy to set up, so responsive and helpful! Its been two weeks and a plateform never been so easy!

Incredible and much cheaper than their competitors (Shopify, ECWID, etc). Too easy to setup. Amazingly speed too.
