This company is not the real manufacturer.
They order from other company.
The call center no. Doesnt work nor does anybody speak if you order.
If you give a bad review they wont even deliver your items

I got scammed by the website .

Please try calling the toll free no. - you will never connect .
The WhatsApp no. Doesn’t reply once you order .

I ordered a coffee table and tv unit for Rs.91800 .
Wanted a gst invoice then got the invoice with a logo of KARTGO.
Found out that these people don’t manufacture anything - they just buy from KARTGO and resell.

I reached out to KARTGO .They said that these scamsters have not made the payments to them so the products are not made yet . There is some Mr. Vijay who runs this scam .

Guys I have an email trail and WhatsApp conversation to prove all of this.

It’s been 40 days no receipt of furniture - especially after even being told that will get in 7 days .
They still say it will be delayed.

Purchased a console and a world map clock and received with good finishing to our office in Mumbai . Both are good quality

Fraud company after paying they will not send product.No one will pick the call.

I ordered a macrame swing and paid in advance via credit card and was promised delivery in 15 days .
I had to chase them for over a month to finally get the swing which was not the one I ordered.
Once again had to go on calling and messaging them with them promised using to replace it. But they never did .
They stopped answering my messages or calls and even changed their number.
Finally when I threatened to take legal action they replied to my message saying they will replace it but with no timeline. Basically never going to replace it ever.
Now, they are refusing to once again answer or replace it .

Worst company. Please don't buy. Promised me delivery in 2 weeks. Received items after 45 days. Was promised marble top centre table. They sent cheap laminate on top. Cust care guy is clueless. Sttops picking up phone after payment. They get materials from a cheap store in moradabad and quality is very poor. The owner in moradabad is also uncooperative. I strongly urge all buyers to beware. They claim the centre table top is marble but send mica. I can share pictures as proof. Cust care person will stop picking up phone after payment. He claims the owners are from Gujrat.

I wrote mails to them . For return/ exchange/ replacement. No reply at all from them

Ordering was easy and customization was available. we discussed with their team and they gave good suggestions. we made one purchase to ascertain the quality and we are quite happy with what we got. will definitely continue to buy more

This website is a fraud and completely unprofessional. They don't reply to the messages or mail and didnt even send us the product. They sent us a damaged product only after we raised a dispute with credit card company. And have refused to take back the damaged product, so we are now stuck with product we don't want.
Absolutely zero communication.totally fraud company.
