Overall a great experience but I must note, the energy wasn’t the most positive from one of the staff when I first walked in to the Manchester store. I am a psychologist by profession and specialise in body language and communication so I notice these things. Just maybe think about how welcoming you are when your customers first come in and you will make the experience perfect!

Pre-owned ring purchased, its absolutely stunning in fantastic A class condition. Efficient, service from staff supplying extras photos of the item, i asked for before purchase. Packaged very well, and delivered very fast after purchase in superb boxing to disguise it. 5 star from me and i am sure i will be purchasing another item, in the near future. I bought a pre-owned item from them and one of the original boxes went missing during delivery. They were helpful throughout the whole process and find me a replacement. Really appreciate their effort. They’re genuinely helpful and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
