Very Poor quality, absolutely no technical support, no returns, won't honor warranty. Go somewhere else for the love of god. The worst company ive dealt with in a long time.

Ordered a 70 inch retail counter and received parts for a 48 inch counter. Notified the company of the issue and all they did was kick the can down the road, telling me they would have replacements sent out. Well, 10 days went by and I decided enough was enough and have now filed a claim with PayPal. This is even after sending the company photos of the 70 inch frame I received along with the incorrectly sized glass panels. Bottom line, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Terrible company.

I am thrilled with the quality of the Display Box.
It far exceeds the quality I expected and actually arrived early.

I ordered a display case for a Lego set. It cost me over $400. When I was ready to put the item in it, the directions were not the greatest. As I was lowering it on the stand, a piece broke off and I felt the set was about to fall. I stood back up and gave up only to find a bracer had snapped and the stand was no longer strong enough to support the weight. I emailed them about it and heard nothing after several weeks. I tried to leave a review about how shady the business was and just yesterday, they rejected it saying that my review was not valid. I attached pictures to the review. I guess they claim it was user fault and would not offer a replacement and rejected the review. No wonder their site only has 5 star reviews on it since they get to pick which ones they want to accept.

I bought a 2 foot display pedestal a few weeks ago and when it arrived it was essentially flimsy gatorboard that is glued together. It doesn't support any weight and it's completely hollow. For nearly $200 it's an arts-and-crafts piece of junk. When I let the shopPOPdisplays team know this, they simply said that it's a custom order and they can't and won't do anything. Completely lame.

the worst brand that i have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. i got a case for christmas but wasnt able to set it up until later... luckily the pieces were broken and they had no sympathy for their error. Snapped before the box even opened. I reached out to them, asked them to swap it... they charged me 60 dollars. i got the pieces, they sent two... one of them was not the correct version, the other was and was snapped AGAIN. I had to use tools to cut the incorrect version to work as a replacement for the correct. After I finally got the pieces to put the base together... The cover part of the case was cut improperly by ShopPopDisplays, and was not able to be put together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The support was so useless and so disrespectful throughout the process. I cannot stress enough, AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!

No integrity or transparency in the order process with regard to shipping. In the very last step of the order for my $140 item I was informed that shipping would be $70 thereby adding 50% to the purchase price. I'll never shop with them again for that reason alone

I’ve been a returning customer of shopPOPdisplays and recently placed an order for a custom 5-sided clear acrylic box (6"x19"x25", 1/4" thickness), the exact same product I ordered almost exactly one year ago. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been extremely disappointing due to an outrageous price increase and lack of customer support to address the issue.

In January 2024, I purchased this same box for $159.60, with a total cost of $175.60 after shipping and tax. Now, just one year later, the price has skyrocketed to $241.41, with a total of $269.73 after applying their so-called 5% discount. That’s a 54% price increase for the exact same product in just 12 months!

When I contacted customer service, they explained the price increase was due to “industry costs” but offered no other solution or discount to offset the massive hike. They also pointed out their volume pricing, but as an individual buyer who doesn’t purchase in bulk, that option is irrelevant to me. Even their 5% discount code barely covered shipping costs, which only added to the frustration.

While the quality of their products is fine, this kind of pricing strategy feels exploitative, especially toward individual customers. I used to trust shopPOPdisplays, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be shopping around before buying from them again.

If you’re considering purchasing from them, be prepared for shocking price increases, and don’t expect much help from their customer service team.
