Not to be recommended! The last parcels were only dispatched after more than a month. I had to write to support every day for this. In addition, the parcels created are not packed as paid for. Orders are skipped in order to block shipping costs.

Money was stolen.
In October, I tried to purchase an item through shopogolic.net and transferred money to them to buy a phone. For a week, there was no information about the status of the order. After a week, I contacted support, and they told me that the order would be canceled and the money would be refunded to my account balance. After that, on October 25, I requested a refund to my card. Since then, I’ve tried several times to inquire through support about when I would receive the refund. Eventually, after all the deadlines had passed, they stopped responding to my questions.
Upd: money was refunded after publication of this review on the next day thanks to Trustpilot.

Ужасный сервис, заказала отправить посылку из Польши в Венгрию, сказали что отправили посылку в итоге ни один трек номер, который они предоставили не верный, где посылка не известно, в начале постоянное вранье , что посылка уже в пути, сейчас никто вообще не отвечает, не рекомендую, если не хотите потерять свое время , нервы и деньги! Подожду еще неделю и напишу заявление в полицию ЕС на вас за мошенничество!
Terrible service, I ordered a parcel to be sent from Poland to Hungary, they said that they sent the parcel, but in the end, none of the tracking numbers they provided were correct, no one knows where the parcel is, at the beginning there was a constant lie that the parcel was already on its way, now no one is answering at all, I do not recommend it if you do not want to lose your time, nerves and money! I will wait another week and write a statement to the EU police against you for fraud

The service and platform is really powerful ans straightforward. Unfortunately, I do not have informations regarding my parcel, while I sent an email once week ago.
It seems that my parcel is blocked in Poland.

just straight up horrible. so unorganized and impossible to get in touch with. save yourself the headache and use literally any other parcel forwarding service.

I have been using their services for over a year, received more than 200 orders and forwarded over 80 parcels, and now they suddenly ask for documents that is very personal (like bank statement and invoices, and even after providing them they have not shipped out my parcels. parcels were sitting there for over 3 weeks and products may expire or perish. I wrote so many emails and nothing happened.

I will get my 2 remaining parcels and will never look back. Terrible service and very disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ever

This is the best logistic within EU e not only. I’m happy to collab with that team for more than 2 years and not even one time they left me alone with my logistic solutions. Always helpful, responsive and which is most important professional and at the same time personally oriented staff. I mostly thank Ilya from Rimini office. Best team ever!

The company does NOT ship from Great Britain to Israel and does NOT inform about it in clear way before placing order. Shopogolic could 1) mark addresses in Israel as "unavailable" 2) use splash screen about it every time user logs in - but the company does nothing for consumers. I think Shopogolic is on it's way to go out of business.

I wish I could give zero stars. Shopogolic is a complete scam! I placed an order and waited far beyond the promised delivery time, only to receive nothing. When I tried to reach out to their customer support, I got absolutely no response, despite multiple emails and messages. It's clear they don't care about their customers once they've taken your money. I strongly advise against using this site—save your money and Dont' use this scam service.

PS: i write this after Shopogolic answer me here they said that they don't have any parcel on my name , Dear Shopogolic do you want me to share screenshots with your helpful support, Scammers.

Suite a une expédition, je constate que le colis a été retourné chez l'expéditeur.
Je prend alors contacte avec le service client qui m'informe que le colis devrait m'être de nouveau expédié sous peu sans donner de délais.
Après 2 mois d'attente, je contacte a nouveau le service client qui cette fois me demande de patienter 6 mois pour qu'ils puissent éventuellement retrouver le colis.
Évidement refuse toute demande de remboursement malgré le fait que le colis soit assuré.

I recently used this service to do a parcel forwarding to Ireland, and everything was fine. The initial quote was 39 euros but final was 52 euros, have some additional charges. Overall I am happy with this service. Also customer support via chat takes ages to get a reply.

Should have read these comments before ordering stuff at their POLISH warehouse. It's been 2 weeks since they were supposed to forward the stuff to me, the fedex tracking number says the package was not picked up yet, the customer service is saying that they're forwarding the package to the german warehouse first. Why??? This service is complete garbage, rotten and full of lies. AVOID

Even though the site shows shipping options and pricing, i did not get a choice but was sent an invoice for shipping that was twice as much as the most one shown for options.
They also kept adding fees that accelerated the total cost.
One was a fee for repackaging the item because they needed to open it for inspection.

FedEx attempted 6 times to deliver my parcel within business hours to the new Polish warehouse. They were unable to. Customer service was responsive but unable to provide any solutions. My parcel is now back to the sender and I have to re-order using another parcel forwarding service. As other have stated, I'm not the first encountering issues with Shopogolic and I do not recommend their service.
