I didn’t receive my product even though tracking said it was delivered. I contacted the customer service through the website. It took a few times of contacting them but they got back to me and took care of it. They refunded my money.

Basically I ordered really inspired to use product shortly after purchasing I was informed due to my immunosuppressive medical conduction this could be dangerous. I emailed immediately and have had great customer service response so far. I will come update my review once I have been refunded for item
