I ordered a couple of items, when I finally received them one of them was the incorrect item, I contacted the company and we agreed to send the correct item out. Over 10 days after the item was apparently delivered... evri driver stated he had not delivered any items that day and he always takes pictures when done. I contacted minivip again and they haven't been helpful and will not offer a refund or a solution 😕 my sons very upset he has not received his items

Took 4 weeks to arrive and the tshirt I ordered wasn't the same as the one in the pictures.
Way too high price on delivery, since you have to pay tull as well.

Order not arrived - No response from emails, no response from messages or insta message! phone dont ring as mailbox full! link to pages on site dont work, chat robot unavailable- money handed over and no communication or item received this is criminal! people work hard for their money!. Communication is non existent. unless you want to just burn money do not use!

Paid for delivery 4-7 days, still had not arrived 13 days later! No response from emails, no response from messages or insta message! No way of tracking parcel.Then parcel just turned up no despatch info or anything. Communication is shocking I would spend your money elsewhere?

This company is also fade street wear, if you look on trustpilot they have a terrible record,
I ordered a backpack for my sons birthday, I got no confirmation of order, no tracking, absolutely nothing.
I tried to contact them, got a message pop up, filled it out, and again nothing.
If you’re having trouble and you paid with PayPal, report a problem, they reversed it immediately with a full refund on its way.
That says to me they know about this company already.

Fine and easy site to order from, and delivered when stated. Great quality of bags too! Would definitely recommend!

Terrible quality of goods, damaged and have emailed the company three times and not had a reply. Avoid at all costs if you want products that you can actually gift. Could have done a better job myself.

4 weeks for delivery. No response to communication. Items of good quality when they eventually arrived. A heads up would have been good

No email updates, no response to my emails or calls to them. Ordered teacher gifts which arrived after end of term. Not been able to get a refund. Had to purchase alternate gifts.
Zero communication, zero updates, zero customer service

Really disappointed leaving this review, I ordered a school bag bundle for my wee boy going back to school in a couple of weeks. I ordered this bag over a week ago and paid for delivery within 7 days. The money was taken from my account, however I have never received a confirmation email or tracking. Needless to say, the order hadn’t turned up by the 7th day, so I emailed them and did not receive a reply. I tried to call without luck, so email again. We’re now on day 10 and they are still ignoring me, so I’ve had no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback and get my money back. It’s really a shame as I’ve ordered his bag from here the past 2 years without any problems. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend.

Trying to return an item but will not respond

Ordered a personalised teacher mug which arrived broken in half with poor packaging (thin layer of cardboard cut and wrapped around and in a parcel bag). No box or bubble wrap in sight. Have emailed several times with no response and have now logged the issue with paypal. Fuming!

Ordered item hasn't arrived. Have emailed and phoned but no reply to emails and nobody ever picks up the phone!

AVOID!!!

Absolutely disgusted with their service. Before confirmation of order seven days after placement I phoned multiple times to check delivery date as I needed items before the 14th July. 2weeks after order was placed but no reply and voicemail box full. I then proceeded to email 11 times in total and have had no response. I have also informs Klarna and they said they will contact them. But had nothing back. Then to receive and email stating order has been processed Evan after I cancelled it. And is out for delivery. Then to get another one saying order has been delivered. In the mean time I have had to go elsewhere. I unhappy as I now have paid over double what I intended and unable to return goods as I can’t get hold of this company and they are personalised items. I would NEVER USE THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL MOST CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND.

My delivery did end up coming after 3 weeks so not so bad, with name on as requested

I placed an order for a bag and tshirt on the 6th July for my son's birthday and still not received my order or been provided with any tracking information.

I have sent multiple messages, emails, messages on the shop and even tried ringing with no luck to speak with anyone. I am now worried I have been scammed and had to get PayPal involved to file for a refund not forgetting a disappointed little boy who won't have his items he's asked for for his birthday this weekend.

Avoid at all costs and use Etsy!!

Awful company I placed and order 7/7 and still haven’t received it , this is for a teacher present
Sent many emails ,tried calling and other ways of contacting but nothing ! Did get a reply this week to say they are extremely busy and please be patient, they couldn’t tell me where my order was ???
Well it’s been 2 weeks ans still no order so defo not 4-7 day delivery !! Wish they had this info on their website ! I’ve ordered a similar item from Etsy and it was sent in 2 days !!

Awful service will never use again
