If there was 0 stars så you should get that. I have ordered some product from your online shop 21st december 2025 and I got message from post center that I have a parcel/ recommended letter from Iran now after about 3 months. I don’t need this product anymore because if i knew it takes so long time I didn’t order that!

Haven’t received my order (a book) and no response from the ShopiPersia team. I have been waiting for months. Could be due to the current political situation in Iran, but at least they can put out a general statement to clarify. I paid EUR 70 - I want a full refund our immediate prioritized delivery.

Although it took a bit longer to receive my order than advertised, Saeed did an excellent job in keeping in contact with me. He sent updates as well as prompt replies to all my email inquires which really decreased the stress level associated with online purchases. I made an online order from shoppersia recently,although it was the first time shopping from an iranian website,had a great experience overall..the postage time was very fast and reliable with tracking info provided to me_and my order was exactly asked for,I am very satisfied and recommend shopping from this iranian online shop_very trustworthy👍

I am extremely disappointed with this seller. The product was never delivered, and at no point was I informed about any delays or issues with the shipment. The carrier ended up returning the item to the seller, yet I am still being charged for the transportation costs, which is unacceptable.

The lack of communication, responsibility, and customer care is very concerning. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this seller to anyone. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop to prevent similar problems.

I placed an order on September 19th, and the stated delivery time was up to 20 days. The payment was charged the day after I ordered, but I still haven’t received my item, any tracking information, or any updates at all.
I have tried contacting the company, but without success – no response whatsoever. This is very disappointing and feels unprofessional. I still hope to receive my order, but so far, I cannot recommend this webshop.

I ordered a bag that was supposed to be delivered after three weeks. After four weeks, I contacted them to see what was happening, and they said that the bag wasn't in stock. So, I asked for a refund, and when I didn't get that either, they said that it was their bank's fault. They never apologised and were incredibly unhelpful throughout the process. I still haven't received my refund.

I am so glad I found ShopiPersia. I purchased Lavna Kebab Maker Machine and shipped to Sydney Australia with absolutely no problems and full tracking. Best way to communicate is with WhatsApp and don’t forget to check time zone difference!!! I am definitely purchasing more wonderful products from ShopiPersia.

They are trustworthy, but it is a bit expensive compared with the prices of the original products, because i am buying them from iranian sites.
And it can take some time till the order is delivered but it’s still the most trustful site i worked with.
