From ordering to delivery the service has been 5*

Fantastic company and delivery men!
Great company with a fast delivery. The 2 delivery men (Ak and Mani) I can’t speak highly enough of. Delivered on a Bank Holiday weekend so we’re running late. I’d paid the assembly fee but because of the time I told them not to worry about the assembly but they insisted on it because I had paid for it. Assembled in 15 mins and took all the rubbish away with them. They are a credit to a good company, would highly recommend and will use again!

Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with your experience.
Your delivery was completed on the agreed day despite significant traffic delays, and our team ensured the sofas were safely placed inside your hallway as standard.
We do offer a full assembly service; however, this is an optional add-on at checkout and wasn’t selected on your order.
If you would still like assistance with assembly, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
We appreciate your feedback and your business.
