I ordered a dress they said they had delivered it i never received it, they said they would send another one still not received it. I don't think i will ever receive it or get my money back, be warned don't order anything from them

pag shopee express ang magdedeliver asahan mo 10years bago i deliver, magsstay yan sa hub ng 2 weeks tapos pag connect mo sa cust support sabihan ka wait pa ng 2-3 days tapos hindi pa rin madedeliver

had multiple transaction pag j&t 1-3 days delivered na, pag dating ng hub nila minsan same day delivered na.

pero pag shopee express mamumuti mata mo kakaantay, tapos ending hindi madedeliver nung araw na naka out for delivery, tapos i mamark nil na unable to deliver ksi kulang sa time , pero ang aga na out sa hub nila

JOOY STORE is a store, who is seller in SHOPEE PHILIPPINES.
This store sell very bad quality pumps, and don't give ANY waranty.
And shopee??? They don't care about that, they already got their profit.

Cant recommended, I ordered something for the first time and they booked the money from my credit card. After my order they banned my account for no reason, there is no Support. 2 days later I got it back but with a Bad exchange rate so I lost around 500 Pesos.

Rafa. One of the manager didn't resolved the issue at all. They value the seller than it's buyers. They don't want you to comment on the product something bad but real. They just let sellers fool people that are buying the product. It's not the shopee I know before. I'm a Gold member yet they're not helpful at all.

Awful customer service and delivery. Sucks. Contacted them over and over yet nothing was resolved. They just kept saying it won't happen again.

The selling platform is tailored for Chinese importers and fake knockoff products. As a seller you can’t compete with fake products being advertised as brand names. If you contact Shopee to complain about merchants selling fake products they don’t even respond. The worst e-commerce platform in the world. If they operated outside of Asia they would be closed down and fined by major brands that merchants are misrepresenting.

The delivery guys in shoppe express don't even try to deliver your parcel. They will just send message and then won't deliver even when you call them so many time, they won't answer too. They're the worst! Worst courier!

I ordered a gift early in June. it was supposed to be delivered June 30. It was 11 days delayed, I was even advised to reorder since they flagged it as lost in transit then when I finally got the package it was so worn out it was practically falling apartment Not only that, the main part (it was a stroller) that I needed to put everything together got bent so it cannot fit anywhere. (how hard and how heavy were the packages on top of it to BEND metal.)

I had scheduled a return and refund of the first item with customer service last July 12 but they closed the ticket without any resolution and tagged it as resolved JULY 19. I STILL HAVE THE DAMAGED ITEM AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND. I wasn't even updated about anything regarding it.

What sucks more was that I decided to cancel the replacement order because I was hoping to refund the first item first since I paid for it in cash and the second seller didn't even prepare it but the courier waited anyway to pick it up. THEN that package was delayed 6 days, I was forced to refuse delivery since what's the point.

I have been using Shopee.Ph for more than a year now.

In the beginning I was cheated by a dealer. I have learned my lessons from that: Since then, I only buy from 'Preferred' or in 'Malls'. This has proven itself.

In the meantime, I have purchased a lot through Shopee. The products were more or less OK (as described), payment and delivery always worked well.

Since yesterday my deposited credit card has been deleted. Every attempt to deposit the card again fails - without an exact explanation for it. Thus, I can no longer buy anything at all! What is this kind of company which makes the purchase totally impossible ?!!

When I write an email to the support, the response comes back that eMails are no longer answered by the support. I should use the chat.

If I want to start the chat, an error message pops up. I have no way to inform the company about these problems!!!

Presumably the chat works when it is started through the mobile app. But I can't install the mobile app, because the Shopee-App can only be installed on Philippine mobile phones due to (presumable) geolocation.
So as a result, I can't contact Shopee at all. Phone might work but then I'm sure I'll have to pay a fee for the call and the requests are usually not properly understood.

I wanted to create shopping lists, but these are not supported either (maybe in the mobile app, but I can't install it).

So we see here a lot of mistakes, by the people in charge of this company, that lead to to the fact that a very good customer has to buy somewhere else:
- No shopping lists or reminder lists -> this leads to clearly less sales.
- No possibility to pay with credit cards -> this leads to zero sales.
- No contact possibility to inform about the problems.

Shopee itself is great as well as the usual sellers but the courier service is horrible beyond imagine. They never deliver early or on time. Always way past the promised delivery date and shopee management is not doing something about it despite all the complaints. It's like the couriers control the whole operation. I am completely switching to the competitor instead.

I love using Shopee. I've been a user for many years and I've always had an above average experience, even through the bad times. Pro tip - always check the reviews, the comments, how many sales, the store, etc. Check EVERYTHING before purchasing and you will have a better shopping experience.

There are a lot of scammers out there so you have to double-check and do your due diligence. As for returns, we've never had any problems. It might not be instant, but they will give back your money or replace your item as long as it abides by their return policy... based on my personal experience. I love Shopee and I will continue to use them.

Good service provided, excellent communication, friendly rider. Shop online comfortably, it is so easy and no need to stress going out of the house, you can buy anything from different store.

I bought a sofa bed from a shopee store, The name of the store is HLIVING.PH
When the item arrive I realized that it has no support on the back rest side when you make it a bed.
I ask the stores customer care, and he/she told me that that was the way they receive it from manufacturer.
And my review for the item was hidden by shopee because I showed the explanation from the store. This is crazy

They claimed my item is delivered but i never got the item. I asked for refund but they cancelled and say it was delivered but no concrete proof to said so. Worst service ever...

23 Apr, 08:47-Received the item in bad shape, with dents. Reported to the seller, and submitted video evidence. REFUND has not been ISSUED still. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!! NEVER AGAIN WE WILL PURCHASE from Shopee Philippines.THERE IS NO CONSUMER PROTECTION PROGRAM
