Lost money as a seller, Shopee ignored my proof
I sold a fully working PSU on Shopee and provided a clear video showing it works before shipping. The buyer claimed it was broken but gave no clear proof and just a photo of the fully working psu and all his trash components (especially the motherboard) he used to test the psu. Shopee approved the return immediately and rejected my appeal even after I submitted full all detailed evidence.
Now I'm stuck with a fully working PSU and lost 22k IDR from shipping. Shopee didn’t protect me as a seller at all. It feels like sellers don’t matter.

Low quality service company
In case you have some difficulties - it's your own problem, remmember that! In my situation Shopee application just did not allow me to proceed with the return and refund! And when I tried to contact live chat I've suddenly realized that came into some kind of Zoo! The staff of live chat, like Rehza is incompetent, reluctant and just copy/paste the information with advices. Even if you received damaged item, was extremy prudent and filed out all report forms, uploaded photos with evidences, you would see the information window that Shopee need...consider your report within 5 calendar days!

If you arent an Indonesian speaker they have an English translator option. Only problem is it translates about 2% of the site into English. Having programmed dozens of sites with translation in multiple languages this is a bad sad joke so not for people who do not speak Indonesian. Their customer services/support is the worst I have encountered on any online sales site and nearly impossible to get in touch with. I still use Shopee.co.id when there is no other choice but only do COD orders having been messed around badly on paid up front orders that were never delivered and took forever to get a refund.

has a wide range of products, has quite good prices, but deliveries are not coordinated, the courier never notifies, you can never know exactly when the package will arrive. Sometimes the courier writes that it will arrive one day, but does not know if in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening! You cannot be forced to stay indoors all day to receive a package, especially when you have to pay for the package upon delivery. Shopee should force couriers to always notify in which time slot they will arrive.

REFUSAL TO REFUND ME AFTER SELLER CANCELLATION
I ordered an oven 10 July for 18 juta. The seller cancelled same day because no stock.
I am yet to be refunded! Today is day 14.
I have submitted my bank account multiple times and Shopee keep rejecting it. It's the same bank account I used to pay for the oven.
I email them constantly and their robot response is "please wait 5-7 days for your refund".

Worst online shopping experience I've had anywhere in the world by a hundred miles. 1/5 items get delivered, others sent hundreds miles to another island only to be market as "Delivery Unsuccessful" at 7am in the morning and immediately being returned to seller without attempting to contact or deliver again. Sorry for sellers trying to make money.

Go-to place for sourcing products from China. I bought accessories, dog clothes, and sportswear with good quality and good price. Well, I won't lie. It's challenging to search the products using the filters. I sorted it from low-high price and vice versa, the number of product on the result was different compare to the search result without sorting it out.
If you have other choice, don't buy here
Just experienced how dispute team in shopee handle my problem. seller gave me wrong size information of a jacket, i have the screenshot proof. I submit return request to Shopee but they declined. they didn't consider my situation as customer, only replying like robots. after several attempts of calls from my side, shopee still declined my request, and one-sidedly changed the order status to finished. in the email they said if i still don't accept their decision, i can talk to the seller. when i talk to the seller, they said they can't do anything because the order status is finished. giving context, the seller is a well known sports company with not-cheap products, and there's 7 days return policy in shopee, yet this thing still happened to me.
