I was able to order with no issues. However, I can't say the same thing about the delivery. Not sure what the issue was I ordered other stuff online (not with Cosy), but all of them have arrived in time, except for the one I ordered from you guys. I ordered the product mid Jan-23 and was told it would be delivered within the week. Now, I'm told that it would be delivered mid-Feb-23. Not sure what the delays are but it's just really disappointing.

Unfortunately as soon as we pass on your parcel over to Australia Post, delivery delays are something we cannot control, and the best we can do is follow up with Australia Post regarding any updates to your parcel.

Happy to see Filipino brands available in Oceania. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Would be nice to see the free shipping minimum lowered.

As a Filipino-Australian, I'm always looking for Filipino beauty down here, but was having no luck for the longest time. Until I came across Cosy, sent them a message being grateful that they were a company who was stocking Filo Beauty for Australians, and met the sweetest owners of the brand!
They got my order shipped out so quickly and it was packaged absolutely beautifully, almost like a little present to myself.

Fast delivery, and great range of Filipino makeup products. Wish there was some more skincare products. The packaging is sustainable but always so bulky and when I open it up, its usually packed with paper wrappers, I think they could improve the packaging while keeping the sustainability, Holla Bella does this great!

Regarding the packaging, we use recycled paper to fill pockets of empty space in our large boxes to ensure the products inside stay secure and arrive safely to you. We'll strive to reduce our use of paper wrapper in the future or consider alternative packing solutions. Thank you again for the feedback!
