The light arrived into customs which I paid and then the carrier tracking said the item is being sent back. I tried to contact SIMIG and all their email addresses bounce back...

I have never seen such a good customer service. I had a problem with French customs with my order. I wrote an email to the after sale service which answered me very quickly and fixed the problem.
I have received all my lamps and I confirm that all the products are really good and beautiful!
Don't hesitate to order!

This shop has a huge selection of all sorts of lights at unbeatable prices. The two lamps which I ordered arrived in a surprisingly short time (from China!) while you could follow the sending process online. They were very carefully wrapped, instructions included. I love the lamps. They look great!
Customer service of SIMIG is excellent. The response to any inquiry is prompt, very friendly and constructive. You can tell that the customer is „ the king“. I will definitely consider to shop there again if I am in the need of a lamp.

Just got an Oda Pulpo, think it took less than 3 week to be delivered to Germany.
I was a bit nervous as I had bad experience with receiving broken lamps (from Germany). I contacted customer service in advance to ask what is the damage rate and I was assured it will arrive undamaged.
Indeed it arrived very well packed, and secured.
The lamps itself is nice, however there are 1-2 things that could be perhaps better. But for the price, nothing to complain.
I could recommend the company and products further

Nie wieder.... Habe eine Leuchte bestellt , und plötzlich sollte ich etwas beim Zoll unterschreiben, soll die Ware beim Zoll abholen und auch noch die Zollgebühren bezahlen.
Auf Anfrage, wird einem nur patzig geantwortet.
Habe mir viel erwartet und würde niemanden empfehlen dort einzukaufen.
Werde meine Meinung auch in diversen Foren teilen.
Jetzt hab ich weder eine Lampe noch das Geld ... Frechheit

I bought a golden GUBI multi-light replica from Simig. Shipping was on time and the lamp properly protected. Also my request for a golden cable was taken care of.
The lamp itself is solid and looks great, even though the finish is not perfect. There are multiple superficial and deep scratches all over the lamp, which are visible from anything closer that 1m from the lamp.
All in all a reasonable alternative to the way more expensive original!

I am really happy with Simig!! I ordered two Mira pendant light and from the order process till delivery everything was perfect. I was in lively contact with the customer service because my personal quality standards are very high and I was asking a lot and also I wanted to see some sample images of the lamps. The customer service was very friendly and patient by answering every question and sending sample images. The delivery was really fast and the built quality is very, very good.
