Ignore that other review of the guy who had a bad experience, that's due to DHL, not Rewa per se. Shipping to China is just 1-day. Quality of products is excellent. Often they also have the best price on the market for certain stuff. And if something is defective they'll go above and beyond to solve your issue or they'll send you a replacement free of cost.
The customer support is by far the best. Mickey is super helpful, friendly and available to help you whenever you have any doubts or special requests.
No complaints at all. I love Rewa.

Very good and top quality repair parts. They sell both OEM parts and aftermarket parts. I recommend both professional and casual repairers to buy their products since the price is very affordable. Also an efficient package delivery system.

Terrible customer service!!!
Terrible customer service!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER MESSAGER FACEBOOK!!!!! ordered for $546 worth of merchandise it did arrive 2 weeks after when I had paid $75 for DHL shipping as I was told 3-5 days max for. So got ripped on the DHL shipping. I received the merchandise and it was defective! I tried to reach out to them via, email, fb messenger, WhatsApp all the platform you name it, I got ZERO answer!!!! WTH you should not be in business I am telling you, then what one day after I went to PayPal they finally answered, yeah I got through PayPal lucky me... and they said to me return the merchandise we will send another batch to you... Well no thanks you messed up the first time it took you 2 weeks to ship what I asked you and you want me to send that back at my own expense????? What else do you want... I had to ship that back to them anyway and had to fight with them on PayPal to get my money back! Shame on you!
So please if someone comes here and see this, do not buy anything from them, watch their video on YouTube, but don't buy anything!!! Terrible customer and terrible company.
