No customer care
Just hopeless. Run by machines with no customer care. Every script I’m charged twice & have to chase the refund. This time I’ve been chasing for 3 weeks.
Awful and rude
When they absorbed Lloyd's they promised there would be no changes to how I receive my prescription. However they're out of stock for a medication I desperately need and told me this a few days after confirming they had it for me.
Naturally I was trying to request a barcode to go pick it up at any other pharmacy, but was told they don't do this, even though I did this with Lloyd's multiple times AND when I needed to travel to see family.
Customer service initially ignored me asking about the barcode and ignored me saying that I can't just contact my GP (seriously you don't realise some of your patients are disabled?) and they literally just told me to contact my GP.
I then asked again about a barcode and have not even gotten a response.
If I had a choice I'd never have picked you, and I'm going to do some research on where might be better.

Our account was transferred to them without our agreement. They caused us so much hassle and customer care were so unhelpful. I will never use these cowboys.
Pharmacy2u used to be good.
Pharmacy2u used to be good and reliable, but lately it has become a nightmare. I ordered 4 items but only 1 turned up. Other orders have not turned up at all. Its very worrying when you depend on regular medication. Today I requested medication and I was told "there was an error, please try again or call Pharmacy 2u'. 5 minutes later I got an email thanking me for my order and it was with my GP for approval.
Sort yourselves out P2u.

Poor website - my details not properly transferred when they took over Lloyds direct. Tried to log my details but wrong surgery appeared in my details even though I had selected the correct one originally
Taking money from account without fulfilling the order
I began an online consultation to purchase Munjaro weight loss product. They quoted a cost of £135. They require you to upload a photo showing your full length body to prove you are overweight. I live on my own so a friend will take the photo tomorrow. This means the order is not completed but they have taken the money out of my account. After negotiating their tortuous AI system & a long wait I finally got to speak wit a human who told me it was their policy to take the money even if the order is not complete. I pointed out that this was unethical. He then tried to claim the charge was for the consultation (untrue) & that the money would be pending in my account (untrue). They claim to have "award winning customer service".. I don't think so.

Incredibly poor compared to others I’ve used in the past. Forgot half of my medication order leaving me in quiet Dire Straits! Going into the GP‘s office trying to get an emergency repeat prescription is not a lot of fun when you’re dealing with receptionists who’s only joy in life is giving you a hard time. Medication ordering is not something you need to be making errors in and in this case they managed to forget to pack cancer medication plus a couple of others. This isn’t just an error with no consequences but has a direct effect on my health.
Absolutely diabolical
Absolutely diabolical. Had a private consultation for weight loss medication. They took payment for the medication prior to the consultation. The online doctor then declined my request, didn't even notify me. I only found out because I emailed them. That was 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the return of the £200 I paid upfront, despite them saying they have reversed the payment. They have only responded to one email in 4 weeks. The others have gone in answered. Dreadful customer service.

I used Loyds for my medication never a problem.They got taken over by Pharmacy2you,what a contrast,no coustomer service, they sent me the wrong medication,when i tried to call them all i got was a recorded message with NO option to leave a message,I then tried to Email them suprise suprise,no reply. Truly a third rate company DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME using them

The service used to be great but over the last several months the service levels have been terrible. Constant delays of orders even if you order early. I can’t be without my heart medication and it is very stressful not knowing if your medication is going to arrive on time.

If you want a basic service this is convenient. However they do not follow NHS guidelines on more technical guidelines. They are meant to be providing notification card for steroid users for safety reasons- they do not. I have been asking for this for nearly 3 weeks and they keep saying someone else will respond - guess what they don't.
Be very careful if you are having new medication, looks like you need to do own research to check for any critical safety requirements. My doctors surgery have actually taken steps to report them on this as it has critical life changing consequences.
Over all poor service and no customer safety care.

Was transferred to this company from Lloyds and I absolutely loathe them. Prescriptions take so long to arrive I'm going without my medication. I take around 20 tablets a day for various ailments and can't be without them. Tried to order earlier but the gp refuses as it's too soon. Currently looking for another pharmacy. It is so bad I'm even considering going back to asking someone to collect from a local pharmacy

Can’t log on after making sure the details here 100% accurate. After few attempts it’s says the account is not suspended. Now I can’t even check my online status and if online doctor has asked me further questions to complete my order. I emailed support@ pharmacy2u.co.uk but the response was
“Thank you for contacting Pharmacy2U.
I’m afraid you’ve replied to one of our automated emails and that means our team won’t see this message.”
Why is there no reliable email or contact number available for customer to get in touch. Especially when it’s urgent. Very poorly made website and even the application so easily block you out or suspend your account for absolutely no reason. Be aware to order something from this place if you’re in urgent need it will drive you crazy. I wish I went to a different pharmacy now.
Called 0113 265 0222 for help to login and spent four days in a row every day. I call different person will pick up and say they will contact the right department and get this sorted. It’s almost as if the customer care team are not able to help or do anything, they are waiting for someone else to respond or make right it. It doesn’t seem like the telephone service is going to the direct company perhaps to a paid service just to receive Calls.

Good concept ruined
Permanent issue with batch/repeat prescriptions. Allegedly, because of “restrictions imposed by my surgery”, Pharmacy2U want 4 questions answered before they can supply medication. I don’t have a problem answering BUT the issue is they cannot get the questions to me; they send an email with a link; I follow the link and it takes me to my account login. I login, and then get a page telling me to contact my doctor! I don’t get the questions they want answered. Where are the questions? How can I answer on-line if I can’t see the questions?
The only solutions are phone calls or extensive emails – all of which are a totally unnecessary waste of time and energy. I have raised this specific issue with them on numerous occasions; might as well relieve myself into the wind!
For the record: my surgery has no knowledge of these questions or alleged restrictions. Further, my wife is with the same surgery and is also on batch/repeat prescriptions; she uses a different pharmacy and has NEVER, EVER, been asked any of these questions.
Someone is being economical with the truth.
It all sounds like C Y A mixed with idiocy. And I don’t think it’s at my surgery. Would vote with my feet but the reviews of alternative providers make just as dismal reading. I can’t offer a negative score but I would if I could.

I was getting my medication from Lloyds direct and pharmacy2u has taken over my medication, I had no say in the matter. Not happy at all.
The pharmacy2u app is not user friendly, it’s a horrible app. I do not want this.

I switched from Lloyds as had no choice and the app is not as user friendly and neither is the website. I have added medication to the basket and its charging me when i have a PPC which already covers the medication. I now cant remove the item from my basket! I started an online chat which said someone would email me back, never did. I have tried to calling and it says they are closed for training. Now means I cant get replacement medication for the one that was out of stock unless i pay,,,of which i have already paid via the PPC. Going to see if i can change pharmacies as this is not good enough. Lloyds worked fine.
Not good for people requiring ongoing medicine for serious conditions
I look after multiple prescriptions for my elderly parents. I previously used the Lloyds Pharmacy app which was excellent and made the whole process easy. However, since being taken over by Pharmacy2U, it has been awful. The user experience on their app is dreadful and it's confusing as to what has/hasn't been ordered (made doubly worse when you have multiple batches). The length of time to process/despatch prescriptions is unacceptable and several times my parents have run out of medicine that they really need (such as inhaler capsules and heart medication). I have just been called by my mother who has now run out of all of her tablets (which were ordered over a week ago). Pharmacy2U are now saying that although they have the prescription, it won't be dispatched for another two days (a Friday). With the weekend approaching, it means that my mother probably won't receive any of her tablets until Monday. I will be changing to another service asap.
