Ordered items were ready for pick up very soon after the order was placed. We were contacted as soon as the order was ready for pick up. Very Very Disappointed ...
Never received a receipt to verify payment. Product was not in stock & when we checked with the manufacturer they advised not available until Nov. Why are they selling a product at a red hot price and it’s not in stock in Australia. Is that honest? Then we had to call and ask where our refund was. We will not purchase here again!

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are upset. Our system sends the tax invoice automatically to your email directly after the purchase is made. I can see that this was sent and recieved successfully. Our store manages over 5500+ products and we cant keep every item instock. There has been an unexpected delay from Grundfos affecting all dealers across Australia regarding the pump you ordered and the backorder has resulted in the pump not arriving in Australia till Nov. This is out of our control and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
