The employees arr rude as hell, I was called a liar about an item that had the same sku same item same packaging except the brand ne was different...both brands are registered as owned by hobby lobby. Basically they were forced to change one word in the name because of copyright issues. The item has the same sku it is the same item same price and everything. Three people including corporate argued with me and corporate tried saying that more than one item has the same sku. THAT ISNT HOW SKUs WORK! Just blatantly lying. Skus are used for inventory every item has a unique sku or they wouldnt know what to order or what theyve sold. These arr the most immoral corrupt people working there and obviously they get it from the scamming immoral, artifact stealing ceo who hides his evil nature under the guise of Christianity. Shame on you all.

Love this store! While it may be more expensive on some merchandise, it carries everything that any craftsperson may desire. And clearance is awesome!!!

What a farce!
Fact: Everything in Hobby Lobby is made by people earning near-slave wages in 3rd world countries.

Other than a few name-brand artist items, everything else is designed to break/fall apart and be tossed in a dumpster within 3 years. Garbage.

They have lots of cool stuff there but the employees are unfriendly and unknowledgeable in people skills.

This company took a case to the United States Supreme Court over providing reproductive healthcare to their employees. Their homophobic hiring practices and products made thru slave labor make this a terrible company to support.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been to hobby lobby 4 times twice in Clackamas OR and twice in Vancouver WA 3 out of the 4 times I visited the store after browsing the aisles for a few minutes I noticed that 2 or more employees are not so discreetly following me, then they begin discussing me and "my shopping habits" for others to hear as well as myself embarrassing me to the point that I leave. This last time they actually had the nerve to take and hide the shopping cart I was using with all the items I was going to purchase, as well as had the employee that was following me go into the bathroom with me! When I came out of the bathroom and asked the manager where my basket was she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about so I asked for the other manager and he came and said well one of the employees must have put it away thinking it was go backs.. I was in the restroom for 90 seconds at best. I said well could you please fetch the basket back so I may pay and leave. He commented there was no way for them to know what I had and retrieve it all back I said there is no way they put it all back by now. Then again they acted like they had nothing to do with taking the basket. Then I said you know what screw it I'm gonna leave because I just wasted over an hour carefully selecting the items I wanted to buy to decorate my new apartment. to have you act like children because you don't like the way I look. Then the man had the nerve to ask me what was in my bags ie my purse and my reusable shopping bag to which I showed him and proved that I wasn't a thief. I asked him if he was F**ing satisfied then he kicked me out of the store saying I wasn't welcome there or at any other Hobby Lobby in the world! Mind you I have proven I did nothing wrong. They hid my things like children in grade school then pretended they didn't do it accused me of stealing I prove them wrong and I am punished... I'm sorry but why do I have to leave without the items I wanted to buy when I have done nothing wrong then he threatens me with the police if I and I quote " Ever step my no good lying, thieving self into a Hobby Lobby ever again." I said great my husbands a cop I'd be glad for you to call them, and I told him to get a clue. He then had the nerve to say God Bless you to me. Even if I was a religious person or not that was a completely inappropriate time to say this to someone. He said it like I was possessed by a demon because I'm brown.

I shop there often and staff is friendly and helpful and the products are fairly priced. I also like the coupons they often have.

Transparent price gouging -- you know what your buying at 50% is what the product is actually worth. They double the price then says it 1/2 off. Yes many retailers do this -- I also think they are crappy retailers too.

Went to check out the Christmas 50% off sale in November. Do you remember Garland - sparkly stuff - they are selling it at an outrageous price for a mere 6feet -- you would need to spend $40-50 to go around full size tree. Yes they had lots of options and a well organized Christmas area, but just knowing the supposed 1/2 price is the the real value rubs my sense of fair play and who likes letting someone "get over on you"? No one.

Their buyers typically have me pegged. My husband and I joke that the buyers in charge of stocking the store typically have me pegged. Sometimes I go in and have little interest in a bunch of stuff, but most of the time there's a treasure to be found. Love their holiday florals and wreaths in particular.

I was irrate when they told me they would not checke out if I wasn't wearing a face covering. Every Governor mandate in the country allows exemption of wearing masks for medical reasons, which I have. They didn't care. I will take my business elsewhere.

Omgoodness Hobby Lobby is like a candy store to me. I love it.

Their website is horrible. It is slow and barely works half the time. The shipping rates are crazy, and they offer no store pickup. And good luck finding anything that isn't sold out. They offer good sales but when you add on the shipping you might as well just pay regular price at another store.

While they have fantastic customer service when asking about online ordering, their shipping rates are quite high.

I normally have a pleasant experience, but I recently recieved a damaged item in my online order and I have called the customer service line multiple times (spending over 20 minutes in hold before leaving a message) and sent numerous emails to ask how I can go about getting a replacement or refund. No replies. No calls back. Nothing. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Have shopped at Hobby Lobby for years, although not since the pandemic hit in March.

In store: my preferred location in Niagara Falls, NY is always clean and relatively stocked (again, been at least 7 months since I set foot into the store), the people are helpful and polite.

Online: 6 orders since 2014, no damaged merchandise issues with delivery, although it does take a while to receive the items (they are not Amazon, so do not expect Prime style 2-3 day deliveries)

I want to take this opportunity to commend the Enterprise assistant manager Bonnie Griffith, for a job well done.

I went into the Hobby lobby store in Enterprise Alabama, this evening with some photos, I needed a frame done to present to my pastor on Sunday.

Bonnie Griffith along with the clerk on duty in the fame shop, did an outstanding job, Bonnie was very professional, she provided exceptional customer service.

She went the extra mile to work with the clerk on duty, I left my number for them to call me on October 10th when the frame was completed.

To my surprise I received a call from Bonnie Griffith, 2 hours after I left the store informing me that the Job was completed. Bravo Bonnie and her clerk exceeded my expectations.

I am a repeated customer at this store ..I have NEVER NEVER had to jump loops to pay for my stuff... Today I ran to the store to pick up a couple things for myself and friend who also makes wreaths. I was ready to pay when I realized that I left my phone with the 40% off. Cashier San Juanita T-4079 store 291.says oh will you can go it your coupon and come back. So I said ok (I know for a fact they cashiers keep a 40% discount coupon with them just for cases like this) not because they (cashiers have to but because MOST OF THEM do it to be nice and make it easier on us) but I went to my car and got it. I told her its going to be to different transactions. She looked at me and said will you can only use this 40% this one time per customer. I said ok its going to be two different transactions. She then says will that person needs to be here regardless if its on two different transactions and in order to use the 40% off again. I said ok so I called my friend on the phone and told her to come inside so the cashier can see her. So she came in. As I was still holding the cash,the cashier then says ughh will she needs to hold the cash and pay herself. I again say ummm ok still i keep my kool and i gave my friend the cash. .( I didn't even asks her why but I guess she (cashier knew she was being hard on me. Cashier then says rude " Will I don't make the rules and rolls her eyes at me. I say nothing to her and we both walk away. As we are walking out My friend says to me..( whats wrong with her? ..I say idk maybe she has a bad life/day and is taking it out on her customers. ( note to hobby lobby.. If your employees are alond to give your paying customers a hard time just because they are upset. Then maybe from now on I'll WE will both make Michaels are 1st choice. ) I will pay more for better caring customer service then having to put up with someone that can't keep her emotions together at work. I have and I never said one thing to your employee to give her a reason to treat me like this.

My visit to Hobby Lobby in Austell GA is very unsafe.
The Store Manager and other employees are not wearing mask to protect their customers. This is selfish and thoughtless

I will not ever go back into the store again ... also will pass this on to others.

Floral department items are marked wrong on the tag, on the shelf AND on the package.
I picked three ivy garlands, priced $3.99 each, each hanging among the other IDENTICAL garlands priced $15.99.
At the checkout, I pointed out the discrepancy, hoping they'd meet me half way for the error; instead, I was told by the manager that was the old price, the new price is $19.99.
Christian companies should not have ridiculous price discrepancies, rude customer service, poor business practices and inability to admit their faults.
So disappointed with this "CHRISTIAN" business in Pueblo.
C'mon, guys, be a good example to the rest of the retail world!!
