I must say, given Brussels is the capital of Europe.
Your airport is the worst ever encountered throughout the whole of Europe and the US and UK. The customer service is appalling. When you are going through passport control granted the police are really nice however waiting two hours and 45 minutes to pass through is ridiculous. I use Brussels airport a number of times and I hate it. You raise concerns to the staff and they don’t care, the responses it’s always like this. It is the way it is. I understand the UK has left the European Union, however, our passports work in your electronic gates. They do as the airports I’ve used in the EU have no issue. We even allow you to use in the UK with no Drama. Also not sure how you can have Products priced at one price in the main terminal and then more expensive heading to the gate. This is just ripping people off.

This review is for shop.brusselsairport.be and the incapable people managing it that are so brainless...
They cancel an order after it has been taken by customers and run to then insisting that they have to give back the goods .and pay for new one !

Doing so to an old couple more than 75 years old, no respect and inaceptable ...
