Black Cat PC - Providing Dell Parts Since 1998 Anmeldelser

Very prompt free delivery, product as described and worked instantly upon installing and switching on.
Recommended supplier!

I ordered a Battery for a Dell latitude. The battery arrived within 2 days and was a genuine Dell part. Very impressed with the service.

Very quick delivery just before Christmas. Black Cat search list for laptop power brick included my model, bought from Dell in 2015, which Dell's list now omits.

Far faster than expected delivery and top quality genuine Dell parts made this a good buy...

I rang because my laptop lead had departed it's earthly life. A phone call to Rob and the replacement was on it's way, and it arrived on my doorstep within 20 hours.
Plugged in and voila! the laptop charges. Fantstic service and an excellent price.

Be careful , I found two scam suppliers before finding this excellent company. This is a very professional company to buy from. Unlike many companies selling parts, I checked and found this company on Companies House, and on Gov.uk for VAT registration. I also phoned to check the product I thought I needed, very helpful. Sameday despatch was promised, and I received an email within the hour confirming despatch, with a Royal Mail tracking number to trace shipping. I also promptly received an email receipt from BlackcatPC , as well as Paypal. The part arrived next morning, well wrapped, clearly labelled, with a delivery note. The part is brand new, and has all the correct markings of my original (but dead) one. There was no seperate (or confusing) delivery charges. The price for the power supply and delivery was very good. The company was suprised when I rang to say thank you for excellent service, which is a shame, as excellent customer service is something to be highlighted, as their Trustpilot reviews show that.
Thank you for a very professional service.

Bought a replacement battery for my notebook. Delivered next day in well protected packaging.

Notebook up and running again.

Original Dell OEM battery at a good price and quick delivery

New Genuine Dell battery delivered next day. Very happy with the service and will use again.

really helpful advice and seriously quick service

Good friendly service. Not always the cheapest but their service and personal communication is great.

Battery in laptop for teenager at university not holding charge. Confirmed as in stock, ordered and arrived next day which was perfect as home for reading week. Fitted and sorted, original DELL part nicely packaged to protect, but not excessively done.

Really helpful as I was trying to source the items. Great comms. Good price and quick dispatch. Very happy with the transaction.

Extremly responsive customer service

Excellent in every way! Highly recommended. Urgently needed a replacement PSU for a Dell server. Spoke to the very knowledgeable Rob over the phone with a pre-sales enquiry, he then followed up by email. The PSU was delivered next day. 5 Stars all round!

The battery replacement for my laptop came as said, original and new!! I really recommend them because they are the first ones who really respect what they put inside their products' description. Until I ordered from them, I did 2 returns for other 2 batteries.

Always very helpful, well priced and quick to send out. Product exactly as ordered and well packaged.

Great service, was phoned immediately after I’d placed the order to correct a mistake in my address, the part arrived the next day and was perfect.

Fast, friendly service with fantastic customer support on the end of the phone.
