Black Cat PC - Providing Dell Parts Since 1998 Anmeldelser

Keen prices. Straightforward website. Prompt delivery with good packaging. Excellent after-sale care.

Contact was very responsive and helpful

Specialist in Dell parts. Yet to be shown but I believe this battery will be higher quality than the previous replacement. Efficient and helpful service.

Very excellent experience from Black Cat, Rob very helpful and advised what battery I now required for my XPS13 as the old one was obsolete, would highly recommend to anyone, in fact I already have.

Great service with speedy delivery. Genuine product & exceptional value.

Great professional service. Contacted me by email to ensure I was updated on a minor delay due to stock. Product delivered was the right battery for my laptop and worked a treat.

Very good communication on best battery option for a very veteran Dell PC - would recommend and buy more in future.

Very helpful in confirming what parts I needed to buy and very quick to reply to my comms.

Rob and the Black Cat team impressed us with their expertise, which is why we selected this smaller, independent company online. Your service was truly outstanding. While DPD's slight mishap in finding the correct address was a minor hiccup, the delivery was nonetheless timely. Your efficiency remains commendable. Best wishes, Peter and Carolyne.

This company is really the best. I ordered a battery and power supply for my Dell XPS laptop, slightly worried whether they would be cheap Chinese knockoffs and therefore not work (since i tried this already having sourced the parts from Amazon and eBay) but I'm so glad I took a chance with Black Cat PC. The items came next day which was amazingly quick! After installing the new battery and connecting the power supply I had a message come up just before booting that saying the power supply wasn't recognised, so I decide to request a refund. The very next day however I received a call from Rob to say that he thought my problem may not be the power supply but the actual power supply port on the laptop that needed replacing since it may be defective. I didn't think it was that but he sent the part to me for free!! I was so taken a back by this token of good faith I didn't believe it and just thought I'd count my losses and start saving for a new laptop. To my pleasant surprise Rob actually did send the power supply port connector in the post and I replaced the part and lonand behold, my laptop is working and my battery is now charging good as new. Who would have thought that something as small as a battery charging icon displaying 'charging' could bring so much joy!

Battery arrived on time but with missing part, however they’ve dealt with it in no time.

Will use again in the future for any Dell spare parts , recommend them for their customer service.

Their products are as advertised, very good quality at decent prices.

Battery for a Dell was despatched next working day. Appears to be working well holding it's charge.
There is a downside but as it is not the fault of Black Cat I haven't taken off a star.
I rarely get a delivery from DPD when promised and it was the same with the battery from Black Cat. Next day delivery was promised (and presumably paid for) but wasn't achieved, nor was it the day after!!

Black cat and you Rob were so knowledgeable and I chose you from the internet as you were a smaller independent company ..excellent . It was only DPD ‘s poorer effort at delivering ti the right house that was slightly disappointing but it was delivered promptly — your service your end very efficient.. Peter and carolyne

Got the help I needed via chat on the website. Really quick delivery. Battery had lots of packaging to protect it in transit. Very professional service.

Direct replacement battery. Received as ordered and on time.

Excellent first class service, part delivered fast during holidays. Friendly staff. Will buy from again without hesitation. Beware parts on other websites, I had all kinds of issues but correct part from Black Cat and machine running smoothly again. Highly recommended

A very prompt service with feedback regarding the delivery especially so near to the Christmas break.

Exceptional experience! I purchased a laptop battery, and true to their word, it was delivered the following day. Fortunately, they partnered with a reliable courier, so there were no hassles. Great service—I’ll definitely come back if I require anything else.
