Tori really helped me out huge! My vinyl came scratched and they immediately sent me a replacement. Recommend bingo merch thanks again.

Ordered 2 t-shirts from this shop (Hüsker Dü and Sonic Youth), both in XL size. They sent wrong Sonic Youth t-shirt in M size and correct Hüsker Dü t-shirt but also in wrong, M size. After I contacted them, they were able to make things right. I got correct t - shirts in correct sizes, and also some great gifts as an apology. I am really satisfied with their customer support, pleasant communication and willing to help.

We received the best J. Mascis bundle which we would never have been able to get anywhere else. Your help and customer service is fantastic and shipping and delivery was even sooner than expected.

Tbh I don't understand the bad feedback as my experience differed greatly.

Had a small issue which was resolved very quickly, with great customer service throughout.

Would definitely use Bingo Merch again!

Ho acquistato due volte su questo sito.
La prima volta avevo acquistato 2 magliette e una felpa, pagando per avere una spedizione più rapida e tracciata con FedEx e succedono le seguenti cose:
1: Spediscono il pacco con un mese di ritardo.
2: Il pacco fa ulteriore ritardo.
3: Dopo aver cambiato l'indirizzo di consegna tramite FedEx, il corriere sbaglia e consegna al vecchio domicilio.
4: Dopo essere riuscita a recuperare il pacco (che era comunque sigillato) ci trovo dentro la felpa e solo una maglietta, per lo più diversa da quelle che avevo ordinato. Ora i punti 2 e 3 sono più che altro colpa del corriere, però se avessero spedito entro una settimana, come promesso, non sarebbero successe quelle due cose, per fortuna avevo pagato con paypal e mi sono fatta rimborsare entrambe le magliette, tenendomi anche quella errata.
La seconda volta che ho ordinato, invece, hanno spedito tutto in fretta ed era tutto preciso e giusto.
Direi che tre stelle è la media perfetta perché, da quello che ho capito sentendo anche altra gente, dipende dalla giornata, ti può andare tutto bene come ti può capitare che sbaglino ogni cosa del tuo ordine.

Don’t order anything from this site! I I rdered a couple of t-shirt and when they didn’t show up I reached out to customer service. They blamed the postal service and told pay for a traceable package. I asked for a refund instead but still haven’t seen the money. I will contact the police if the money don’t show up on my account, of course.

6 weeks of delays, poor excuses and false promises. Don't waste your money, you won't get what you ordered.

I have cancelled my order and requested a refund and since then, all communication has stopped.

The artists who have chosen this company must feel the consequences of their poor decision. In this case, Tenacious D us losing out on €250 in merch and €550 on concert ticket sales, as I feel completely scammed by this company.

Bingo Merch is a company that looks out for its customers. In my case a pre-ordered order arrived damaged. Bingo Merch went out of their way. They contacted the supplier and have been pulling strings to make my order complete. They have, like many other businesses, taken a hit with their employee count due to COVID-19. You'd say that we've got to have some respect for that by now. Thank you again, Bingo Merch, for helping me out.

If others have any difficulties reaching out to them, try calling them. In my experience this has worked well and it has made sure that my issue was resolved.

While I can't claim to be waiting as long as some of the reviewers below, I'm prompted to comment because I'm in the midst of the exact same experience - Nov 2022. I have been waiting 2 months for an order of a poster but nothing has come and I'm getting no response from them. I'll be looking into ways to escalate this, considering the consistency in comments from other users below.

If Franz Kafka had written a book on customer service, it would have been called Bingomerch.

Expect months of no replies if you consider contacting their support. They will tell you to wait a bit longer.... and you will wait a bit longer... then repeat this process until you eventually give up.

They will take your money and ignore you. They simply do not care about you; nor the product they are supposed to deliver on behalf of loved artists across the globe. In all fairness, they are having a laugh.

I would like to think, that if all the artists represented by Bingomerch, knew just how abysmal of a service they deliver; they would be ashamed knowing what their fans went through to support them.

I usually never write reviews, but will write one now, as my attempts of getting in contact with Bingomerch after they sent me a wrong order, had me return it and never repay me or send the correct item, have failed. I feel scammed, I've lost a 3 digit euro amount and can in no way recommend them at this point in time. I still hope to get the order i paid for over 6 months ago, but my hope is small as it feels like there is zero response on their end.

Worst service ever! Basically, liars. Pre-ordered in January for an early March release. The record hit the stores without any delay, but two months+ later i received nothing. A few weeks after the release date i e-mailed them and they told me that the record was sent in March. Wrote them again in mid-May, and they told me the record was sent early-May. I asked for a proof of delivery and they did not respond. Now i'm waiting for a refund...

Do yourself a favor and avoid!

They don't reply to emails at all and they take 1 to 2 month to ship your order.
They made a mistake in my order, which shouldn't be a big problem, but since they don't reply to emails, it's impossible to find a solution.
Looking at their reviews on google and social media, a lot of people are complaining about their orders not being shipped and not getting any email replies.
They have replied in a few comments, that they're a small crew and they're very busy. They are however still taking orders, letting people believe they have normal delivery times.
I can't recommend using them.
