I bought shoes and one was poor quality,so I wrote to customer service but the don't care completely about customer, avoid!

Bonjour, suite à une commande passée, je n'ai jamais reçu d'accusé de réception mais le règlement a bien été reçu par le vendeur. Impossibilité connecter à mon compte, comme si il n'existait plus.
Les réclamations faites sont toutes en anglais. J'attends toujours mon remboursement. A fuir!!!!

Je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande jusqu’à présent. Je l’ai effectué le 10 Avril et à part l’avis d’expédition je ne sais plus rien.

ÉDIT: Je les ai finalement reçu 12 jours après (22 Avril) en parfait état et neuve. Je rajoute donc 2 étoiles

Fantastic service! Ordered some Birkenstocks and they arrived with me here in the U.K. 2 days later. Very happy.

Love the shoes! Arrived very quickly to New Zealand, even with delays in post- due to Christmas/New Year Holidays and COVID.

My shoes arrived but sizing was all wrong. I returned them which was very costly. They were delivered to Shooos 10 days ago, and I have not had confirmation that they have been received. I have tried emailing them, my mail was undeliverable from my hotmail a/c. I managed to send a mail using another a/c, but still no reply from them. Terrible customer service. I'm left wondering if I will be refunded.

J’ai commandé une paire de converse avec l’impression que j’allais jamais les recevoir et finalement je les ai eu en 10jours avec un bon suivi de mon colis . Les converses sont en parfaites état , et conforme à ce que je voulais . Tout est nickel !

Aucun problème pour ma part, paire de NB arrivé en 5 jours.

Ottima esperienza, ho comprato una felpa The North Face ad un prezzo davvero buono ed è arrivata in 4 giorni: sicuramente tornerò a comprare da loro.

Arrivato dopo soli due giorni.

Je ne connaissait pas du tout ce site mais c'était le seul qui vendais une paire de converse que je voulais. Je ne regrette pas du tout !

Je viens de commander sur le site shooos je n’est reçu aucun e mail de confirmation et es que vous livrer en cette période de confinement ?

Web site is completely misleading. Exchange and return are super costy. and the customer service is just terrible.

Horrible experience

Waiting for almost two weeks for my order to arrive, emailed the company about the delay.
I got the response that my order was automatically cancelled from their system, because I chose the EXCHANGE way of payment and I had no revious orders on their site (!)

Cancelled my order right after finishing because I realised I ordered the wrong colour.
Send two e-mails regarding the cancellation. Received the product anyway. Asked about the refund for the costs for sending it back. Got a reply that they really did nothing wrong since all orders are forwarded directly to the distributor.
That is not really my problem, is it? In Holland we have a right to cancel a purchess with the next two days or so. I cancelled mine within five minutes.
I got a link to the information page for returns, that also mentioned the costs would be for me. But it’s not a return, it’s a cancellation and a mistake from Shooos not offering the possibility for cancellation that is provided by Dutch law. After being told that he would ask his supervisor about options, never heard of them again.

Pour ma part aucun soucis colis arrivé rapidement j'ai juste retiré 1 étoile car l'envoie n'était pas super soigné et les prix sont quand même un peu élevés mais c'était le seul site qui avait la paire dont je rêvais ! Je vous avoue que j'avais un peu peur avant de commander mais au final aucun problème.

Bad experience with product exchange:
Shooos.nl already makes you pay for shipping, even though most other companies offer it for free, but I guess this is otherwise a cost to the seller, so fair enough. But when I then wanted to exchange my shoes for a bigger size, I also was made to pay for my own the return shipping, even though this is not clear from their website, costly and misleading.

I then also found out that I am not asked to ship back the product within the Netherlands, but abroad, making these shipping costs even more expensive, even though the shooos.nl website URL on which I ordered the shoes was Dutch.

These return costs and process are not clearly stated on their website, and so you expect a similar return process as with other e-retailer, but clearly they make you pay additional costs.

When I contacted the company about this, my complaint was shrugged off.

So my advice, stay away.
