Shoes were wrong size. Agreed a refund. No refund has been made. Emailed numerous times and they say it has been processed. Won't give an address to complain so assume they're not in the uk.
I ordered some Asics and received shoes wrapped in a plastic bag from China. They're almost certainly counterfeit. Don not order from this site!!

This is a scam company. I purchased a pair of Hoka's from them. They arrived weeks late and when they arrived it was easy to see these were knock offs. They had me take pictures and I showed them the manufacturer number was not Hoka. They incorrectly even sent the wrong size. They came back and stated everything looked good to them in the pictures so they aren't responsible. STAT AWAY from this company
Shoezq is a front for a Chinese company that sells knockoffs. Do not buy from them.
The shoes I got were not what I had ordered, but looked similar and were a nameless brand I'd never heard of; definitely not Hokas.
UPDATE:
Their customer service was very good to me. Obviously, they wanted enough pictures to verify the shoes I received were not what I ordered. The review time was a little longer then I would've liked, but we reached an agreement quickly and I'm quite satisfied.
So 4.5 stars for their customer service.
1 star for sending me the wrong product in the first place.
FAKE PRODUCTS FROM CHINA.
They state that they are based in the UK. Then they ship their products from China. I ordered a Brooks Addiction Walker 2 and recived a fake shoe that is completely different and knock off brand. Dont trust any reviews that u see. Trust me. Ur wasting all ur money. I cant even get refund as they have ghosted me.

Unauthentic/ fake products. I purchased an asics Kayano 32 Wide. Was wondering why it’s shipping from UK to Au for free whilst selling item for nearly 50% when this item barely got 40% discount anywhere in Australia. Order from jeanzii then was relocated to shoezq. At a glance the website looks professional and location on website says uk, order placed then Item came without a box, no original tag or origin country, the packaging is super cheap and just a thin plastic wrap outside the shoes. Do not buy from shoe zq or its affiliated website jeanzii.com. Requested refund and they ghosted me. UK base is not real location, You’ve been warned! Do a search and google will tell you it’s an unreliable site and company location isn’t real
