Color of laces differed from what appeared on the company's website, and they refused to take them back, even having offerred to ship them at my expense. Laces were unworn, and had been returned to original packaging. I'd even sent a photo of the laces to the company's rep, as requested. Strong recommendation of 'Do Not Buy' from this retailer.
I’m extremely happy with my laces.. The quality is excellent. What really stands out is the huge selection of unique colors. It’s easy to find the perfect shade to customize your shoes.
Bad customer service i can't get a response from anyone at Shoe Laces my package have been stuck for a week in a half have not move.

Your order was placed on Saturday, November 22, and as we do not process shipments over the weekend, it was processed and shipped on Monday, November 24. The following day was Thanksgiving, when postal carriers do not deliver mail, which contributed to a brief delay beyond our control.
According to the carrier’s tracking information, the package has since been successfully delivered. If there is any issue locating it or if you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team, we’re always happy to help.

Amateur packaging using cheap components. Package came apart during shipping. Missing an item. Postal service put what remained of the package in a plastic bag and sealed. The laces were great.
High quality products that preform as expected. Mystery gift is a fun thing. Shipping rates and speeds are as expected.
U didn't have the product that I ordered so U refunded my immediately, for that I Thank U Much & Dearly!!!

I received a link for exchanging my unopened shoelaces for a different color, clicked on the link only to get, not eligible for return. I’ve been trying to contact someone since the package was opened. SO RIDICULOUS! Why is an exchange with your company so difficult???????????

I did not get the color that I thought I ordered, I would have never ordered a bright green, but that is what I received and when i went to my order it shows the green so not sure what happened, because I know I did not order that. I also ordered 2 pairs and only received one. so not a great experience, I won't be ordering again

The website was confusing and I ended up ordering extra sets that I didn't need I guess partially due to my incompetent technology skills. Also, the time elapsed was 10 days to delivery today.
