The boots I first received were not the correct material or size. Jennifer quickly took it upon herself to send me a label and instructions to send them back and quickly send me the correct pair. There was some waiting period but Jennifer followed up. Thank you so much for fixing my issue quickly.
Jennifer was very helpful when I needed to make a change to my order.
First time experience with the shoes selection didn’t go well and I’ve got a lot of help from Jennifer, wich turned it into a positive experience. Thank you!

Customer service is amazing! Jennifer was quick to resolve an issue and made sure I had my shoes for an event.
I ordered shoes from them two months ago and they still have not arrived. When I reached out to the courrier they told me they never received the package and to reach out to Shoe Freaks' customer support. The customer support simply brushed off my complaint and question by saying they were "in Montreal and the package has been in Mississauga for the last little bit." Nothing further to help me even though I asked if the package would arrive and even explained what the courrier told me.
Their customer support is not good and could not even be considered sufficient.
I ordered the Demonia Cubby 311’s in Black, I am a size 6.5 and sized up to a 7. These boots fit PERFECT and are even more gorgeous in person! I do not regret a thing. They fit super snug but not tight, while being super comfy. They also aren’t flimsy and have a solid/firm stance which is always nice on the shelf… I am in love.
Customer support is amazing. I accidently ordered the wrong size, contacted customer support and I got a response within an hour after I placed my order. I have since placed 3 orders and i am an official Shoe Freak lol.
My sister ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my birthday from Shoefreaks and unfortunately the fit wasn't good and when we followed up with their customer service we were ignored and after about 2 weeks of back and forth we finally get a reply saying we will receive a store credit instead of a refund!!
After reading the other neg reviews it seems their awful customer service is certainly consistent!
It's especially sus given the Shoefreaks site brags about their amazing service with "17,000 certified reviews" most likely bots
The absolute worst company ever.
I accidentally hit checkout when I wasn’t done shopping and immediately reached out to let them know my address and basket needed to be updated, and I needed to cancel my order. They didn’t even read my email correctly and kept pushing very hard to not cancel and refund my order. When I started getting aggravated with them, they let me know they could try to cancel but that they’d have to CHARGE ME A 5% CANCELLATION FEE. What legit business has EVER done this?! None. Customer service is absolutely useless.
They HAVE to be filtering out the real reviews on their website. I will never recommend or buy from them again.
Awful liars. They lied about not having duties on their shipments, they force all international buyers to pay an exorbitant 40€ express shipping fee with no option for regular shipping, and it doesn’t arrive quickly either. They delayed my package 3 times with NO COMMUNICATION and I had to send them 3 emails just for them to pull an “Oops sorry we lied about our duty-free shipping here’s a measly €50 gift card so you can be forced to shop at our sh*t store again 🤪”. If they don’t refund me IN FULL I’m leaving another bad review and going to the bank. Creatures 🙄
Horrible experience shopping at Shoefreaks
So both myself and a friend had separate problems with Shoefreaks and their shoes or clothing because of sizing or unsuitablity. Shoefreaks refused to process a refund for my friend and basically ignored her requests completely even though her items were unworn and to me they said they would offer a refund (after we paid to ship back shoes and had paid a restocking fee as penalty) only to have the refund take over 6 months to fully process!!!
Take a moment to read through all the negative reviews because they are very telling of how Shoefreaks treats customers that want to do a return or exchange or have any kind of issue with a purchase and the fact that there is an avalanche of recent 5 star reviews on GGL is highly suspect
My boots/tights was ordered online, but I called with a few questions. Was PROMISED a no hassle return. Shipped from USA warehouse, but promised a Canadian return address to not cost as much. I had a bad feeling it was not a reputable company, so I IMMEDIATELY CANCEL it - was refused. No one answered the call and no calls back. I was right - not trustworthy. No email back to CANCEL. The boots/tights arrived, made me so mad was a SCAM place. I then had to return them and PAY POSTAGE. I believe the boots were $200 and the shipping for the order THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL was about $23. That is a lot of money. I was/still was ripped off. Later Canada Post said I could have left the box in my Apartment lobby mailbox, eventually returned to YOU sender, but that would waste months, and I need that money. This made me SICK, as I had a bad feeling about it, so I was too upset to try to post a complaint online -that was before I found Trustpilot. Please process refund and return shipping.
Shoes i have ordered never delivered, but the tracking number says it was. No idea where my shoes are and when i contacted shoefreaks 2 times there was no response from them... 100 Euro gone. Thank you :(
LOVE the Demonia line. Have had my eyes on them for awhile (thank you targeted FB ads)... down to the custom tissue paper the delivery & presentation when it arrived was awesome. Got some cute stickers too! Haven't worn the shoes out yet but they are as described and cute as hell!!! Love that they are Canadian. Arrived quickly :) (definately pricey but unique!)
