It's the worst company I've ordered from, just a lot of excuses and lies.. took 3 months and nothing happened would take 2-3 weeks to get the stuff but just a lot of crap so don't buy anything from this company.. very bad to contact. Sure I got my money back but cause a lot of problems for me have bought rims and everything for several.Plus I have had to cancel a lot of car shows

I have ordered about 4-5 years ago, still nothing, I barely get updates now. There are group chats of multiple amount of people with this same issue. At this point it's just a scam with no intention of fulfillment
I advise everyone who intends to buy something from this company to think carefully about the purchase, I have been waiting for my order for a year and a half!! Yes, a year, not a month, constant deception, lack of reliability and finally, lack of contact, I honestly do not recommend. The case has been reported to court

Shirokai is one of the greatest companies I have ever done business with. I bought a limited edition widebody kit for my R53 from them in 2020 with 0 regrets. Shirokai was very responsive and helpfull throughtout the transaction and if I had any questions they were good about responding. Really made me feel like I was apart of a team and not just another customer. Shirokai has had tough times as a company since 2020 but I want to assure anyone that may have doubts.. Shirokai is one of the most tenacious and courageous companies I've witnessed. They're legit and the product is well worth full retail.
