Great broker, excellent communication, transparent payment terms, and efficient service.

On 9-11-25, I called and spoke with Rebecca Smith who was very polite and gave me the information I needed and followed up with me. The vehicle was picked up as scheduled and delivered on time in excellent condition.

I had been getting emails and calls up until I signed the contract. I signed the contract on august 18 2025. I received a call from Max, stating that he needed my credit card information. Because there is a $150 reservation fee. He took my credit card information and assured me that my vehicle will be picked up by Friday, August. The 8.22.2025 .I called every day up until Friday to get the confirmation number of the driver and information on whether my vehicle was exactly being picked up on Friday. I was assured Wednesday and Thursday that my vehicle would be picked up on Friday. Well, fast forward to thursday, august 21.25. I call Max asking for the confirmation number and the driver once again. And he assured me, it will be picked up on Friday 5pm to 7pm. No worries. Friday comes 8.22.25. I call no response Max calls back and says we are still trying to locate a driver, 5pm to
7pm. I call it 545. And I ask Max, Max, where's the confirmation number? Is the driver coming? He said, yes, we're still trying to locate a driver. But they should be there between 5pm and 7pm. Well 8p m rolls around, and I text him, and he goes, well, ma'am, we're still trying to locate a driver. Um, he can't leave his location because he doesn't have enough vehicles on his truck to leave. However, we can do on saturday, same pick up time. Well here we are at saturday 8.23.25. I call in the morning in a text. So he texts back and says, man, we are still working on it. So430pm i send him a text and said cancel. I'm no longer interested. He tells me well, you know, there is a 200 cancellation fee. I said you breached the contract. You assured me that someone would be there yesterday and today and no one has showed up.No one has contacted me.And you don't even have a driver information, and you're saying, because you keep telling me you're still working on it.So please cancel. Then all of a sudden he has a driver. He located that can do the job for$2400. I asked him had he lost his mind. He says the driver that's not his normal route, but he could send me the driver's information. And he could do the price then for 2000. I stated once again to cancel not interested. He said, but I will have to charge you. I stated, no I have in writing. Where you breached the contract because you stated it will be there on Friday. Then he goes, those are just estimates. Well, then if it was an estimate, you should not have guaranteed me. Pick up on thursday, friday and then ask me again friday. Can it be today same time. So I told him I have all of that in writing, so if I was to take him to court, he would lose, because he breached the contract, and it's all in writing. That's when he finally said, okay, I will cancel. Then fast forward to 8.25.25 I find another company to do it. They said until ship auto takes off board they can't help me. I text Max he says remove my negative review because he said we have 2 many. I said no so he STATED HE would not take off national truck board. So I removed he took off board. So know that my vehicle is shipped by a great company. I AM reposting. DON'T USE.

My last minute request to a same day delivery was made possible thanks to the selfless service provided by Christina Hall (518 676 8170). I’m definitely coming back for my next car delivery!!

Justin promised me that the price he quoted me would be the price I would pay.
I trusted he was telling the truth. The morning it was supposed to be picked up he claimed the driver got in an accident and that he would find me a different driver which he did at more than double the cost.
The price went from $400.00 to $875.00.
If they don't want reviews like this, they should honor their original bid.

HORRIBLE COMPANY/SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! After receiving several quotes, I signed a contract to transport my vehicle from IL to NV at a price of $750. I spoke with an Indian man with a heavy accent named "Bob" (probably a fake name). The day before they were supposed to pick up my car, they changed the price to $1300. I did not agree and they did not pick up my car. They took my $250 deposit, breached the contract, and blame me for getting quotes from other companies. Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company, and they credited the amount back to my account. These people are scammers!

Bob worked hard to get the best driver for the delivery. They did great. I would definitely use them again Bob Doss 518-600-2754

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Roger. My car was delivered to me on time as promised and in the same condition it was when I gave the keys to the driver. The driver was great and very helpful. Roger was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use Ship Auto now LLC and recommend to friends and family if the need arises again. Great job!

Christina treated my crisis as if it were her own. I needed auto transport in 24 hours or less and she had me booked and scheduled in less than 3 hours. She was efficient, competent, and companionate in her communication with me throughout the transport. And the price was right!! If I had to do this ever again, who would I call?? Christina Hall, 518-676-8170.

They quoted me a price and then at the last minute supposedly could not find a driver. I ended up paying $300 dollars above the quote to ship my vehicle. There is also a cancelation fee.

We work with Ship Auto Now LLC very often,
trustworthy company, great people to deal with especially Rebecca Smith!!!

Sophia Johnson was the rep that assisted me. She helped me through the process and found me great pricing. A driver canceled on us at the price we needed but she found an alternate that got us close to what we were paying. Thank you. To contact her call 518 676 0310

Great company and great service. Bob Doss is who I spoke with and treated me as a person and not a dollar sign! After father in law Van was stolen we was in a tight spot and crunched on money Bob did everything he could to help get Van back to us. With other companies just worried about the dollars and charging outrageous prices Bob beat all them with understanding my situation and gave me a reasonable price to get the job done and my father in laws wheelchair accessible van back to him. So without worrying about the dollars he could make he was reasonable and understanding and help with our budget so therefore I would recommend this company over all.

Bob at (518) 600-2754 did a great job finding me a shipper for my car.

Solid experience, they had to pick up my car from a remote location without many drivers and were able to deliver it really fast. Brad was very helpful

Ship Auto Now LLC, did a fanstastic job with the transportation of my vehicle. Justin Green (518-897-3764), was very professional, attentive and kept me informed every step of the way, he even called me on the weekend with updates about my vehicle transportation. Tony the driver, was also professional, and did the same, he called when he was near and we discussed the best location to drop off the vehicle. I would reccomend Ship Now Auto LLC to anyone who is in need of this type of service and their rates are very affordable.

I really appreciate all the help that Bob Doss phone number 5186002754 and thank him for helping me out with this vehicle getting transferred from Michigan to Texas. I would like to continue doing business if I ever had to move another car
