Love the tough case a lot better, better support and handle, magnetic could be a little stronger

I placed my original order for a new phone case on 9/22/25. When I inquired as to the status two weeks later, I was told order was lost in transit and had to be redone. They said I would receive tracking information when it shipped. I did not. Then they told me it had shipped. When I asked for the promised tracking information, I was told it was lost in transit again. The email they sent me was word for word the one they sent me two weeks before. I am done. I'm calling my credit card company this morning to initiate a dispute and refund. I did not realize when I first placed my order that the phone case was coming from China. Never again!

Your product is great…the only thing that was a problem was the length of time it took to receive it.

Bought a case for my iPhone 14plus and it doesn’t fit my iPhone 14plus how will I send it back for a replacement

I was so excited when I saw these phone cases and ordered one on June 13th. The company shipped it to my office and tried to deliver it during hours the office was not open and the carrier shipped it back to them. I have been struggling with Jessica since that time to obtain the order and she now wants an additional $10 to ship the order to my home since the carrier they used could figure out how to deliver to an office. I am contacting my bank today to deal the refund and ShinyCustom as I don't even want the case anymore it has been such a struggle dealing with them. Very unprofessional company.

I ordered 2 of the phone covers and I love both of them. The quality is good and I had 9 names on them. All of the names were so clear. I would recommend!

Ordered Nana heart case. It was delivered as pictured on website. I liked mine, so I ordered my grandson's other Mimi one.

Placed an order in October/November 2024. It shipped in Nov . The mail strike happened in Canada Nov 15 till mid Dec. They day after the strike ended. It suddenly said delivered. It was not. I paid over $50 for something I didn't receive. And they are not willing to refund me or send me a new item. Do not recommend you buy from this company.

They had a variety of gorgeous stuff I got a phone case it says Mamaw and all 9 of my grandkids names I absolutely love it it’s hard to put into words how proud I am.

Phone case is very nice. We'll pleased. The only issue I have was shipping time.

I am a very proud Nana of 12 grandkids and 4 great grandbabies and the phone cover was perfect. It's very pretty and shows all the 12 names clearly. The next one I get will be a present for my daughter in law. It's refreshing to get an item that I purchased online that looks and does what the advertisement says. Thank you ShinyCustom!

Ordered a phone case 11/29/2024. As of today (1/09/2025) I have not received my order! I emailed them 3 times and they keep saying that it's being sent or delayed. If I had known it was coming from China I would NOT have ordered considering their site says that their warehouse is in Detroit, MI. Asked for a refund...we'll see how that goes!

I have ordered multiple personalized phone cases over the years. They are very colorful and durable. I have never had problems with color fading or the case cracking. I continue to purchase not only for myself but as gifts too.

I love this new case. Love that it has my grandma name Meme on it, and all my granddaughters names on it. I thought it would be a little more shiny than it was, but it’s still very cute.

Love my phone case. It is not as heavy as my other case. Colors are very bright . Everyone that sees it, asks me where did I get it & I give them your webssite.

This is the cutest cover ever. The picture of the back is exactly how it’s pictured. Everyone that has seen it wants to know where I got it. They love it as I do.

Shiny Custom Designs….I ordered a phone case and they took the money out of my bank account, but now say they can’t find my order by my email or phone number. Then why did you take my money? Very disappointed and will not order anything from them again. Guess I lost $30.
