Outstanding experience!
I can't say enough good things about my experience with ShiningShow! They were great to work with. They responded promptly to all inquiries and were quick to make changes to the mock-ups. Although their primary market is promotional items for companies, we purchased a custom canopy as a group gift to a couple as a wedding gift. All the participants were excited about the gift, almost as excited as the recipients when they received the canopy. Since it is a personal gift that will only be used a few days per year, we purchased the least expensive frame. The frame is a higher quality than popup canopies that I have had previously, and the canopy looks to be of quality material, too. The canopy arrived quickly also. Thank you, ShiningShow, for a wonderful experience and outstanding canopy! Our softball team will be the talk of the tournament this summer when our canopy is proudly displayed!

Great customer service
When they couldn’t fill my size order, they offered me a different size to make the timeline work as well as the discount and a discount on the next order. They were quick to respond to my question and once the tent arrived it was amazing.
