Cancelled my order talking about billing problem I don't understand how there was a billing problem when I've order before with the same billing 300 work of shoes and didn't receive no refund at all just keep my money then when I reach out to customer service they claim that it was still pending and no where on my bank statement is there any pending charges for them I would never buy from shiekh every again didn't even wanna leave the one star

They advertise if you order certain shoes they will be shipped out the same day which has never happened once!! Other shoes they advertise in stock but in fine print says it'll take 7 to 10 days before they can even get them and then they'll ship! 🤦 I waited over 4 weeks for one of my orders and other orders always take over 2 weeks or longer! Customer service is horrible and never can give you a straight answer. I stopped ordering from them now because their service is absolutely ridiculous! Nobody should have to wait 4 weeks for their order when they are located in California not China!! 🤦

Took 14 days to pick my order…only after I complained multiple times. Then they shipped it the cheapest way possible to add 7 more days to the wait. All the while, sending me annoying automated emails asking me if I was perfectly satisfied with their service! Never again! I hope I get the right shoes. I hear they pick the wrong items frequently.

Customer service is embarrasingly unproffesional , If you make a purchase they are allowed to cancel the order and will not reach oit to you so your expecting a package that will bever areove because they canceld it and sont tell you , unless you reach out. Purchased a pair of Jordan 4 pizzas and they sent it in a box that was totally damaged the box then was taped up with scotch tape and packing tape . The exclusive packaging was missing from the inside of the box as well. My order also took forever to ship. I would image the extra time taping up my destroyed box held it up

I’ve been a long-time customer, but this recent experience has completely changed how I feel about Shiekh. After moving, I updated all my info — shipping address, billing address, cards, and even my profile on their website. Despite that, they kept flagging my purchase as “fraud” and canceled my order four different times. Each time, I had to reorder the same shoes, and each time it was the same issue.

I spoke to multiple customer service agents and even confirmed with my bank that there were no issues on their end — the problem is clearly with Shiekh’s outdated system. I was finally told to try Apple Pay for the fifth attempt, and now that payment is just sitting “under review” with no updates.

It’s been over ten days, and I ordered well in advance for a birthday gift. Not only has it not shipped, but I also haven’t received a single call or email about any of the cancellations. No apology, no offer to help, no discount code — just silence.

It’s frustrating that a $60 order is causing this much trouble when other companies, even high-end ones, had no issues delivering to my new address. Shiekh has shown zero accountability and poor communication throughout this whole process.

Honestly, I no longer trust this company. If you’re buying a gift or need your order on time, I suggest going to Champs, Shoe Palace, Foot Locker — anywhere else. The site feels outdated, the customer service is unhelpful, and the overall experience just isn’t worth the stress.

Order a pair of sneakers that said were in stock and would ship the following Monday. Received no shipping confirmation so I sent an email. They stated rhe shoes were never in stock from the beginning and they were waiting for them from Nike and I may or may not be getting them if they have enough. This is crazy how do you take money for a product you don’t have.

I recently made a purchase from this company for a pair of shoes on November 2. The order went through with no problems. However it been 2 weeks going on without my purchase. Customer Service final told me that the shoe was sold out. Why it took 10 phone calls later. Willingly know that the shoe was not available. Still waiting on a refund which will take 7 to ten business day. I will never buy from them again. $209.00 plus shipping I need it all back pronto.

Purchased 3 pairs of Crocs. The white ones had sizes for both men and women so I chose the correct size. The pink one says “women” and had only one size so I purchased as it was women’s size. Long story short, it was men’s size. It was their website that was fault. I called the customer service and got a returning slip. Then when I received the refund, they withdrew $3 for not using the shipping box that I wasn’t explained. So I called the customer service again but this lady said there was nothing they could do. Because of their false information on the website, I had to go to fedex to print out the label and drove to the post office. And they withdrew $3. Their customer survive just sucks. Not even worth buying shoes from them a little cheaper. They end up charging all kinds of fees even though it was their fault.

I tried to order shoes from this company, then saw they were trying to charge me $35 for shipping. I then signed up for their emails because they offered free shipping with us. That still did not give me free shipping. I looked at the fine print and noted I needed the order to be over $75 so added additional items. Still trying to charge $35 for shipping. I then contact their customer service who simply says that there are lots of additional rules and items that don't count etc then closes the ticket. So glad I did not order from them, will not be shopping there.

If I make a mistake and send an item back that I feel is defective because I have no prior knowledge of how the item looked aside from the picture that is online I should have been refunded for the shipping me personally you just taught me a valuable lesson about ordering from third-party stores and want to be suppliers you cost yourself plenty of business from One customer over $12 shipping the Jordans I just ordered I didn't know they originally looked that way but let me tell you something to whoever reads this review I'll never order anything from this company again and before anyone assumes I'm just doing this out of bitterness contact Nike and see the type of money I spend contact Dick's Sporting Goods and see the type of money I spend $12 it's not worth losing my business Shiekhshoes.com DO BETTER BUSINESS

A couple of discounts were offered for first orders. I didn't receive either. When I emailed after I'd ordered asking about the promised discounts, I did not receive a reply but got a "This ticket is closed" notification...Wanted to return one of the three pairs of shoes after they'd arrived and got the "This ticket is closed" routine again...Additionally, shipping is extremely slow.

You would have to be an idiot to order from this company. These guys are a joke. These guys will make the shoe game wrong in this world these guys take your money never give your shoe company a joke And that’s why Texas don’t deal with Cali California people just scam money don’t ever buy shoes these guys they’re joke and a fake company That’s all it is 100% is a fake company fake shoes, fake everything do not buy from these guys be over month and still have not received my shoes

horrible manager , doesnt know what hes doing everybody runs around not doing their job. The shoes they get in stock are all ass , much better experience at any other shoe store.

I purchased a pair of shoes that took 17 days to get to my doorstep they have a system when you purchase online and when your item goes to your checkout box it will tell you whether or not it will ship from the Los Angeles warehouse Direct to your home or it will say 7 to 10 business days in regards to my situation was I purchased a pair of shoes that read shipping out from Los Angeles next day apparently though that wasn't the case! I'm sure a lot of people get caught up with waiting for their purchases.A lot of the sales that Shiekh Shoes have are because their items are in other stores spread out through California and Nevada therefore when you buy something on sale and it doesn't ship out the next day when you purchase it will get rerouted from the store to the Los Angeles Warehouse and with that happens chances are you will be waiting a long long time... I feel as a customer that SHIEKH Shoes should have someone monitor all the advertised sales and Ship all of the sale item's to the main Warehouse in LOS ANGELES so that when people purchase a Good Sale why should they have to wait so damn long! it's pathetic it's bad business it makes no sense for people to have to wait a ridiculous amount of time items that are on sale are purchased a lot of times for gifts birthday present Etc so you can understand the buyer's frustration having to wonder and wait so long SO shame on you SHIEKH Shoes! for having horrible customer service bottom line your system is whack!Thats why you receive 1 star!P.S stop making your customers regret ordering from your store.

I ordered the new Jordan 11 Gratitude from them because I wasn't sure if I was going to hit on SNKRS and it was a Christmas gift so I ordered from Sheikh too just to be safe. They charged $25 for shipping! For that price you'd think it would atleast be quick shipping. Absolutely NOT... estimated delivery time is 10 DAYS! WHAT A TRASH COMPANY... the $25 shipping fee is nothing more than a way to boost their profits... they probably only spent about $5 of it on the slowest ground shipping option available and kept the other $20. DISGUSTING! I should have known better after the only other time I ordered from them being such a terrible experience. I ordered 5 Items during a sale. They had no problem billing me instantly but waited 9 DAYS to inform me my 4 out of 5 of the items I ordered were out of stock and they would refund me. It took 2 WEEKS to get my Refund and the 1 item they did have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY. I should have read the reviews sooner!

The Nike shoes sent were defective and the soles were peeling off after about 10 wears. I mailed the defective shoes back with pictures. This was weeks ago and I still have not seen a refund. They said they were going to take a restocking fee off because I didn't have the original shoe box. I'm not sure who saves their shoe boxes. Also they can't resell these shoes anyways. By reading their reviews which I wish I would've prior to buying they sell used shoes. I'm now without the shoes and my money. I've been corresponding via email and they keep closing my ticket with no resolution. I would not buy from this company.

Shoes listed as new. They were clearly worn. The soles are dirty and box is a little messed up. Will not buy from here again.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not order from this company. They actually boxed up and shipped out shoes which had clearly been worn. The bottom of the shoes were filthy from someone wearing them for a looong time and some of the pieces off the top of the shoe were MISSING!!! How did the packing department miss this?!!! Also, due to the sizes and quality, the shoes appear to be shoes from China that Shiekh probably paid pennies on the dollar for or even $1 but are selling for $25 and up. SCAMMERS!!! Save your money and shop at reputable stores. Don't be fooled just because they have retail locations.
