Really recommend Shepper. Great way to earn some extra cash, super convenient & lots of choice of tasks. Shepper always respond promptly if you have query & do everything to help you complete the task.

I have been using Shepper to earn a bit of extra income as a student, and it has been a game-changer! The tasks are well laid out, the support staff are so lovely, and there are a good amount of tasks in a close range so you can get a little extra pocket money rounded up really fast if you put in the work. I particularly love the m and s cafe secret shopping, as you get paid to eat some delicious food!

I joined Shepper in November and have already earned £160 from a few shops each week. The team are really helpful and quick to review. I like that there is a variety of jobs and more in my area than other MS companies. Company recommended!

Shepper is by far the best mystery shopper company ive used. The app is clear, easy to use and your jobs get approved very quickly compared to some companies out there. They are informative about whats coming up and what is expected of you. I also find their rate of pay very fair.

from earlier comments and now to the 1star reviews it looks like theyve gotten incompetent and greedy like every company and now set unreasonable targets and fail to understand the job properly. therefore i wont bother carying on with my registration thanks for the warnings.

I have been with Shepper for a few years now. Somehow they appear to have wiped my early record, my stats don't appear to match my performance. The jobs have become slightly more complicated and the initial AI backup when you need help on site is hit and miss and a retrograde step from dealing directly at once with a person. However I get my fair share of jobs and Shepper pay promptly and if you are lucky you can pick up jobs wherever you might find yourself. Adding an extra withdrawal opportunity is a major plus. All in all I am fairly happy and find it a useful source of extra income.

I enjoy getting out and completing the wide range of tasks across the area.

Recently, however, I’ve found that some of the job templates don’t flow well. In several cases, questions are duplicated and certain steps feel unnecessary—for example, the new M&S convenience CSL. At times, the task briefs are not clear enough, which can cause confusion during jobs.

It would also be helpful if Letters of Authority were provided with each task, as there have been occasions where I’ve been challenged and asked to leave stores.

Additionally, when tasks are rejected or marked as failed, it sometimes feels as though the support team is unwilling to listen. This can result in unpaid fees, leaving me out of pocket, especially for tasks that require travel and parking costs.

I love doing mystery shopping assignments and booking them is so easy. Getting notified of jobs nearby makes things even easier. The team are responsive and helpful.
