Rob of Shelter Adams was very helpful from the start. He was happy to visit site and answer any questions I had. The quote was very competitive and they stuck to it. Whenever I called or emailed, I got a quick & positive response.
When it came to the work itself, the workmen were polite, efficient & tidy. They gave me confidence that I was getting a good job done. The standard of the workmanship is excellent.
Overall, I was very happy with this firm and would highly recommend them for plumbing & heating work.

Our oil fired boiler, locked out yesterday
After speaking to the guys at Shelter-Adams ,an engineer was booked in to call out to us the following morning.
He arrived promptly as planned sorted our boiler haveing two faults!
He explained the faults to us which was appreciated.

Yesterday removed an old radiater and installed a new. one.
Arrived when they said they would and cleared up once the task was done.

Shelter Adams came recommended to us from
a family member when we needed a new immersion heater installation. Rob came out to visit us and was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting different systems to suit our needs. The job was accepted and booked in within a fair time frame. The team then came out to complete the install. The operatives were very polite, professional and left the property clean and tidy after the works. All in all a great company to deal with and I’ll definitely recommend them!

I could have picked any company as I new I needed to replace my back boiler and replace all my ancient radiators. Who to choose? Shelter - Adams Ltd was the one I chose. Started with a knowledgeable thorough survey. (Replacement of faulty indoor boiler). Speedy quote. Installers arrived on time. Courteous, hard working and pleasant. Professional installation completed quickly and neatly all in one day. Handed over with all paperwork finished and demonstration of how to use. A Very Good Experience. Very Satisfied.

We have recently had a new boiler fitted and the service was exceptional. Rob was out the next day to quote and the installation was all complete within a few days. Highly recommended.

Shelter-Adam’s task was to install a LPG gas fire. The team was efficient, considerate, polite and friendly. They did a great job and we have already booked with them to carry out the service of our fire when it is due. Highly recommend them.

Four months after a full service of our heating system by Shelter Heating we had a boiler breakdown following the fitting of a new shower by a third party plumber. The plumber couldn’t help! However during his time off, during the festive period, Rob Shelter, remotely guided us through a restart protocol and eventually we got the boiler rebooted. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly :-)

Brilliant service, had a problem with boiler and an appointment was swiping. Kept me updated on ETA, arrived fixed the problem and even replaced faulty hinge. They certainly will have my business in the future.

I contacted Shelter Adams Ltd to replace a 20yr plus lpg boiler. Rob Shelter was prompt, courteous and professional when he came to look at the job. I received a detailed quote and boiler recommendation which I accepted. Fitters arrived on the date agreed. They were polite, friendly and did a good job with the fitting. Mess was kept to a minimum and they cleaned up after themselves. I had to have a separate visit from an electrician to finish wiring the boiler. I was highly satisfied with the job he did and how he tidied up the external wiring. The old boiler was taken away after a prompt. Payment was straightforward. I am happy with the boiler and fitting. I would recommend Shelter Adams Ltd.

After looking for a local engineer for my dads Worcester bosh oil boiler I found somebody emailed rob who got in touch sorted a date and time when rob arrived he was very pleasant and my dad said so pleased you found him the boiler was serviced rob showed what he had done ,good price too certificate given and we will most definitely have rob next year ,excellent service at a good price.
