Excellent customer service manager Dawn who helped us move our son with autism from the business rate due to his supported living charity no longer leasing his flat. His standing charge was huge as charity a business customer but she arranged for a generous reduction for his final bill and helped us cut through the red tape to get there!

Great service from Barbara!
Barbara was very quick at responding, answered the question quickly and without further issues.
This is the only dealing with Shell Business, and has been a breeze compared to other utility companies we've dealt with.
