He was patient , very knowledgeable and help me with narrowing down what would be the best suitable car for my family. He took the time to show me different payment plans and I found his customer service to my family in high credit to the company he works for. From the moment we entered shelbourne motors we were greeted by Conor Mc kenna. We felt very welcome & made no hesitation in purchasing our new car. Highly recommend.

Bought a car from shelbourne Portadown in Feb 23. Have had problem with electric handbrake and warning lights on dash.
Made appointment as it was still under warranty and told on phone repairs would be covered.
Drove 120 miles round trip to be told I would have to pay a fee of £120 to get it looked at as the warranty didn't cover this and that it could take up to a week to get car back to me. Courtesy car offered but charge of £15 for this service.
Complete waste of a day and fuel.
Bunch of amateurs for a supposedly big dealership, once they get the sale they don't care obviously.

Nothing was ever a problem with Michael the Sales Manager and David, both were a genuine credit to the company and overall how I believe service should be in Car Dealerships. Despite some delays outwith their control they went over and beyond to assist, offer alternatives.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for more than a year. The staff are of the highest quality in terms of their customer service and professional manner. The cars are new and in immaculate condition. The staff definitely feel like good friends providing a courteous and outstanding service.

Overcharging for work that wasn’t necessary for some months.

Quoting in red for items that weren’t needed ie falsely indicating that these works were urgent when they were not.

I had a mechanic look over the quotation who couldn’t believe how much they were overcharging me.

Invoice amended from over 1000 to 200. I will never have my car serviced at a Shelbourne motors again.

Recently worked with Mark from the Portadown showroom to find a new car that suited my requirements. Mark was great from the beginning, working with not only myself but also my parents who were assisting me during this process. Mark had a wealth of knowledge, was easy to work with, extremely helpful when I had 101 questions and made sure to reach out multiple times during the process to ensure everything was in place and to my satisfaction. I recently purchased a 3 year old Toyota C-HR
After using the boot last weekend, I noticed a large tear in the rear seat fabric, along with a damaged parcel shelf.
Extremely disappointed with this company and I certainly will not be using them for any future purchases or maintenance

Great customer service and staff in Newry, Always friendly.

When you order a vehicle you would expect it to come the colour you ordered and if not you would expect the supplier to make it right. Not with Shelbourne Motors They didnt make any reasonable offer to make good. They simply wanted 8K more or tough, suck it up. Not a pleasant experience.

Ross was an amazing help when deciding to change my vehicle. He was a wealth of knowledge & very courteous. After the purchase he doesn’t forget you either & checks that everything is up to standard on several occasions.
